“Mine was the Brooklyn Brownstone in Maria's photographs. Working with her was an extraordinary experience. She created the architectural design for our third floor kitchen and our downstairs duplex renovations, coming up with a series of design ideas that were both beautiful and within our budget. She helped select our contractor and collaborated with him during each stage of both projects. She made weekly visits to the job site, and just as importantly, the contractor would call Maria with questions as the work progressed thereby avoiding costly “do overs.” She completed both projects within our budget and even more surprisingly, on time! The results of her design work and project management are there for you to see on her design pages. I would recommend her unequivocally.”

“My husband and I live in an approximately 170 years old house in Cambridge MA. We have enjoyed working with Moira on several projects over the last 8 years. We felt “simpatico” with her immediately; she has a great personality. Her professionalism and her flexibility always shine. In the design process, the inclusion of our ideas was paramount to her; the 3 of us functioned as a team. She was excellent at managing the project(s) on budget and on schedule. And even though we didn’t like living without a kitchen for a month, we were beyond thrilled with the end-product of our kitchen renovation. She has a fantastic knack for taking one tiny element that you mention to her as a remote possibility and making it fit in to the entire design scheme perfectly. And then your reaction is “Wow how did she do that?” From the smallest thing like picking a fabric or a paint color to a total rehab, she is the one. “Mary has an exceptional eye for color and is extraordinarily detailed with all aspects of decorating a home. Mary took our 4200 sq ft. home from the builder and brought the house forward to being a completed home. Mary would watch the smallest detail, ex. placement of light fixtures over the best to placement of light sockets. Mary also was capable from going from the smallest detail to the broad picture of our home with rugs, furniture, and art work to make the project a complete turn key operation. Mary always involved my husband and me and guided us with decisions but not the often decorator way "of my way or no way". I certainly would be more than happy to talk to anyone considering using Mary as a decorator.”

“I have worked with Nina Seed Interiors for over a year on various projects throughout my home. The projects have ranged from finishing touches on partially finished spaces to complete design of entire rooms. There was one room in particular that started as an empty, unused space with an awkward layout. Nina came up with a complete concept for the room that transformed it into a space that is not only functional for the whole family but looks polished and put together. Regardless of the size and scope of the project, she has consistently delivered outstanding results. Nina is also incredibly easy to work with - responsive, incredibly organized and stays within budget!”
