“Leyla came out for a 2 hour consultation. My intent was to get ideas and colors for a dining room and bathroom. It was totally worth it because Leyla seems to instinctively know design. In her mind's eye she saw a round table where I had been considering to switch out my rectangular dining table for a round one but I hadn't even asked her yet. She pointed to me that of all the pictures I saved for her to see what style attracted me, my current decor did not reflect it, in color or style. Seems like a no brainer and yet I didn't see that until she showed me specifics. She pointed out things like wallpaper and paint meeting without an architectural break was a no no. I never liked the way it looked but didn't know why. She honestly pointed out that my kitchen was too dark, and that I should repaint the dark ceilings. Her manner is direct, honest and cheerfully friendly. I had a long list of questions and she addressed every one satisfactorily whether it was about draperies, wall colors or furnishings. I would hire Leyla again. Sorry no pictures yet. Because I'm acting as my own general contractor and doing a lot of the work myself it is taking longer than anticipated, perhaps I can attach a photo later on.”

There were issues with the original lighting, but Heather found just the right light to give the room wonderful ambience with the best lumen values for cozy feel. “Interior design and décor project Kim Hall redesigned our 3,000 square foot commercial building interior from floor to ceiling. Starting with a complete digital model to scale, she planned the space, chose the color palette and then selected the materials for floors, walls, windows, counter surfaces and trim. She studied the lighting, selected the fixtures and furnishings. Kim even designed and built display ledges herself. She was conscientious of costs and practicability throughout the process.
