Dear Potential Client, Heather Zerah was the best thing that happened to us during our entire project......and the kitchen redo was a successful one. Heather was introduced to us by a reference from Pacific Sales. Heather is delightful to work with. She has the educational background, an honesty that is refreshing and a sense of professionalism. Heather gave her opinion, made suggestions, but most of all, she listened. My ideas ( some may be out of norm) were never ridiculed nor ignored. We discussed them & Heather assessed based on common sense, the possibility of incorporating them, and on what she genuinely thought best. When I was out of ideas, she had others. When we ran into conflicts, she worked until we resolved the best way to do things. She also worked well with the contractor and respected his opinions too. Heather is that special woman who goes the extra step to get things done correctly. Our cabinets presented unique problems and Heather was instrumental in their design as well. In addition, she remained conscious of budget. She was easy to approach on all subjects. We always had the feeling she was on our side, doing her best to make this expensive new kitchen a thing of joy. Additionally, she went out of her way to find new ideas, materials, better samples and creative ways to do things. For example, she arrived with dozens of paint samples for our kitchen and family walls....not one or two, but dozens! She was always on time for our meetings, never rushed and made you feel you were her one concern. Her people skills are as excellent as are her design, graphic arts, decorating and CAD skills. She is accomplished. I have certain mobility issues and Heather did a great deal of extra legwork which I so appreciated. I do believe that her artistic expertise enhances her ability to be so helpful. She has an eye for design. Also, Heather was always available by email. She would answer promptly whenever I wrote. We really worked together for over a year and had no negative encounters. We always felt confident with her suggestions and interest. In summary, I must add that we now consider Heather to be a friend, no longer someone we employed. We recommend her to you with absolutely no reservations and are certain you will use her competency to make your project more enjoyable. Upsetting one's home is never easy. Heather made it better by her calm, reassuring manor.......and by being the lovely, sincere, extremely reliable, hard working individual she is. You will be happy with the work she does! Heather is amazing in so many ways! She's organized, knowledgeable, responsive and listens to the customer. I can not say enough great things about Heather! She's hands on and takes every project individually. She can handle small projects or large remodels. She handled my extensive high end remodel with so much care and attention. She's a treasure!

Heather helped me with two bathroom projects. She was very easy to work with - listened to what I wanted, was extremely respectful of my budget, and super nice and accommodating. Unlike other professionals (architects, etc.) I have hired in the past, Heather listens, doesn't try to impose her will on you, and is mindful of practical details. I feel that she save me lots of time by presenting great options for the two bathrooms (with two very different looks) I was remodeling. (And kept my husband happy since he did not have to visit endless show rooms.) Her suggestions were all beautiful, so that I had a hard time choosing the final look for each bathroom. She was also great at fine tuning the tile selection so I that I ended up with beautiful colors and the exact look I wanted. I would definitely work with Heather again!

Heather listened to my photo gallery request and sent me several ideas to consider. She provided product recommendations at various price points, took accurate measurements, recommended a third-party to use for photo printing (which we used), and even provided mock-ups. Heather was a pleasure to work with and I would hire her again for future projects!

Heather Zerah did a wonderful redesign of my powder room. After 35 years with the same wallpaper and accessories the room was in need of an upgrade. Heather assessed my needs and came up with a plan to create just the right look. She picked out paint and grass cloth to give the room a warm, stylish look. There were issues with the original lighting, but Heather found just the right light to give the room wonderful ambience with the best lumen values for cozy feel. The mirror and other accessories added the perfect touch to complete the look. I will definitely use Heather's services again.
