I wanted to keep it simple, but warm and colorful. Christie struck just the right chord. “PJ & Company made it happen! I was ready for a major remodel and Patti helped my husband and I with our design plans and selections, hired contractors, worked with reliable, professional vendors and worked tirelessly to make sure we were happy with the process and the product. Thanks to Houzz we had photos of features we loved in various rooms. Patti reproduced the mudroom I fell in love with, including built ins,new lighting, paint selection and decorative accents. She oversaw a complete kitchen remodel and blended our wish list into a spectacular, fun, practical workspace. Patti coordinated the Kitchen vendor, painter, installer, electrician,plumber and gas installer and kept everyone on schedule. Our remodel included two bathrooms, bedrooms and a fabulous two-tiered deck with a pergola. Patti was sensitive to our budget and strived to find affordable options and to repurpose our things if possible. Patti will advocate for you, make sure everyone is respectful of your time and property and will keep it fun.”

“Amy Woolf is not only a skilled color consultant, she is an awesome all round decorator. I first hired Amy to help me with wall and carpet colors for the basement space we were turning into a den/media room. She not only helped me pick colors for these, but ended up helping me pick out just the right couch to bring the whole room together. To this day, whenever people see the room I hear some variation of the statement, “I really like the colors you picked!” Next Amy helped me with the dining area in my townhouse. Since the dining area is part of a large room that includes the kitchen and living room, there was a lot to coordinate with. Amy had a way of asking me the kinds of questions that helped me understand my own design preferences and gave me the ability to narrow down what colors, textures, and styles would look best. The result was a room that is both highly functional and beautiful. I would hire Amy again in a heartbeat for any design project, large or small!”

This project was particularly challenging as we purchased a house from a developer mid construction so had to work with existing elements that had already been selected and blend them with our aesthetic. She helped us select everything: tile, plumbing fixtures, doors, hardware, lighting, counters, backsplash, paint and furnishings to create our dream home! “Sandi Lanigan Interirors turned my house into a home. She was respectful and mindful of my budget, asked what I wanted and tailored her remodeling to fit my needs, and this all resulted in a beautiful remodeling of my home. Even my husband loved it! I have recommended her to others and they have all been satisfied. A word of warning though. If you hire Sandi, make sure you have had your caffeine for the day - she is full of energy and you will need to be in tiptop shape to keep up with her! She does not waste your time, but instead is very efficient and results oriented.”

Her choice of colors - and overall design was very sophisticated while keeping the connection to our coastal environment. Given the realities of a large family enjoying the summertime beach lifestyle, Cindy was always respectful of our needs. We blended vintage finds and estate sale antiques with a mix of blues, whites and sandy tones throughout. Cindy updated our old and tired kitchen, replaced old tile with hardwood floors, chose fabulous sofas and rugs, created custom designs for our pillows, diningroom window panels and livingroom shades. The result is a perfect blend of beauty, coast and care-free! I love spending time in this cottage. Every time I walk in the door, I breathe in calm.
