“modular home. FEMA requirements proved a challenge with some of the house. the set area of the house was unattractive, so the G.C. and a site worker came up with an idea to enhance that area of the home. there was some wiring done incorrectly at the factory, all rectified by the site electrician. as a woman who was on the site daily doing my work on the house, the site workers were always respectful, polite and helpful. if i suggested something or told them something needed to be done, it wasn't an issue to hear it from me instead of the G.C. they all joke about my window with the list of things to be taken care of. everyone at this company has gone above and beyond to make our home perfect.”

Tony not only ran and efficient and on time construction project but was also instrumental in giving my wife and I advice on what options we should consider as we looked at the various design elements. Tony brought his creative flair, practical design concepts and also meaningful ideas to help save both time and money.
Since the project has completed Tony and I have become friends and we still talk weekly about odd jobs on the house or other enhancements that we are considering.
