“I initially contracted with Minhnuyet to provide interior design services for my living room and breakfast room several months ago, with an estimated budget in place. The rooms have a very unusual floor plan and required real creativity, especially given that she had to use furnishings that I already had. She rearranged my furniture and made two key additional purchases that created a spectacular look, and came in under budget. She located a vendor who is providing uniquely designed solar shades for our large windows to complete the transformation. “Where do i start?! Antonio is one of a kind when it comes to being an interior designer & leading any remodeling project that your heart desires. We used Antonio for multiple projects on our house (complete facelift of 4000SF home & main bath teardown/remodel). Before committing to him, we initially had a couple of meetings that helped set the stage in terms of what we wanted (and/or thought we wanted). Antonio was quick to understand the look/feel that we were going for & started to do some of the legwork in terms of colors, finishes, tiles, backsplash, etc...to help us visualize what the home could look like when finished (included plenty of his own renderings & created vision boards). He was always communicating with us and really went above & beyond in terms of making our decision-making easier. He was integral in helping us achieve our final look & truly understood our taste (but still provided feedback if a selection was an eyesore and/or did not integrate well with the final product). He was always open to input/feedback & made appropriate adjustments through the duration of both projects. We had to pivot a few times due to unforeseen issues but he was always on top of mitigating risks & ensuring we'd be happy with the final product. At no time did he pressure us to make hasty decisions even if it meant delaying closing out a phase of the project. His tireless research & materials savviness enabled us to make the best decisions in terms of materials & ultimately cost which can quickly add up on any large-scale project. His attention to detail is also what really stuck out for us as he ensured all contractors were able to meet our expectations. Overall, we were super happy with Antonio's work, dedication, vision, & judgment in ensuring that we'd walk away happy with the final product. “Carl Mattison Design is truly a full service design house. Carl met with my husband and I a few months prior to begining our kitchen and bath remodel project. He helped us to think through many different options for our space. He was very creative and came up with a design proposal which utilized our kitchen space in a way we had never considered.
