“Kelle has helped us with numerous projects...a bedroom remodel, living room, family room and bathroom. She has a unique ability to tap into the client's taste and utility of the space, but also what makes the space personal and meaningful. Her style allowed us to incorporate pieces that we had overlooked. Not only did we get personalized space, but we learned what holds importance to us. In addition, we were involved in the development of a children's literacy center at the University of Wisconsin, Parkside. We had Kelle design the space and she did an amazing job. Because of it's wooded location, Kelle brought the outside in with tree-like stenciled walls and kid friendly stuffed "log" furniture to sit on. The entire space is well coordinated with book shelves, sofas, tables and chairs that serve the purpose perfectly. We have had Kelle work in our home over a period of about 6 years. The literacy center project was completed in the fall of 2016.”

“We have recently downsized from our home to an apartment in a CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Center) and asked Kathleen to help us. We definitely needed help making decisions regarding what things to bring and what to leave behind. We needed help in placement of furniture in a very irregularly shaped living room. Working long distance, Kathleen listened to my concerns and she came up with some unique floorplans for our furniture prior to the actual move. Kathleen was willing and able to give us the advice we needed. We love the paint colors she suggested. We are very happy with the help she gave us and would recommend her to anyone looking for a quality designer.”

“Oat design &build has completed a couple projects for my wife and I, including remodeling to our kitchen and bath. I’m not sure how they do it, but our projects were given a ton of attention and thought well before they began, exceeded our expectations as far as appearance and function. Changing soemthing mid project was not a problem, and again the patience and attention to detail was impressive. Our new go-to consultants and builders. A+ design! Trustworthy and fair... they came back to fix a problem.”
