“I have been working with Ms. S. Stoneburner for 3 years now on three separate projects for my condo. Each project has been unique and she has great ideas for solving any problem that may come up. Her ability to work with in my budget for the year has always been appreciated. I feel her strong desire to make sure you are completely satisfied is her best asset. She does attend to the smallest detail with great enthusiasm to please. I will be hiring her again next year for the final year. So pleased with her design. It is stunning! “I had my house for sale for 3 months with no success. Took it off the market. Mary came in and we had painted the interior and staged the home beautifully. They were very easy to work with and kind and patient. They went out of their way and above and beyond to make my home show ready. Needless to say I sold my house in 6 weeks. I highly recommend Signal and Mary Endress. She is amazing!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I own 3 condos on Sanibel and formerly owned one on Captiva. Debra has worked on all of these condos. I have entrusted her to do the shopping, choose decor, oversee remodeling projects including kitchen, baths, and flooring. She is super. She even stayed over and hooked up electronics, arranged kitchen, and made sure everything was ready on time. I would definitely recommend.”
