“I hired BKDP back in October 2011 to redesign the ground level and 2 second level bathrooms of my home. After interviewing different design companies, both my wife and I felt most comfortable with Fardid and Ken as they were very clear and detailed in explaining the whole design process and how they charge for design and renovation to us. The design process took about 6 weeks and the design was revised a couple of times as we added more items to our wish list. They presented different design and material options to us and guided us to select the design that we like. The renovation took about 3 months to complete and we were very pleased with the end result. During the renovation, their coordinator kept us updated with their progress and schedule without the need of me calling them. And whenever I call or e-mail them with questions concerning the project, they would respond to me right away. We are considering to renovate our basement later on and we would definitely rehire BKDP for their service without hesitation.”

“Over the course of the Spring of 2013, Revi Mula of Monaco Interiors helped us to design and renovate our basement. Revi was very easy to work with, very professional, and was a good listener. I had strong ideas of my own, and Revi was willing to incorporate them into the overall design of our space. At each phase of construction, Revi would create her drawings and then consult with us about them. We had a large, unfinished and open space, to start with. Revi hired only the best, most highly-skilled tradesmen to do everything for us, from the ductwork to the framing, drywalling and painting, electrical work, flooring, and everything in between. Revi cares about her firm's reputation and she will only work with people who are honest, hardworking and trustworthy and who do the job properly, and in a timely manner. The work space was kept clean, which mattered to us. We ended up with a very pleasing design for a practical work/play area that feels spacious and bright, yet uses every inch of space in a functional way. We now have an extra 3-piece bath, a closet below stairs, a walk-in pantry, a work/studio area, a beautiful seating/sleeping area with gas fireplace, book shelves and big-screen tv, and a games area as well as a new furnace room. Revi respected our budget and found us beautiful materials and furnishings that suited our style. Her tradespeople are very conscientious and and clearly have a good working relationship with Revi. She oversaw the work and made home visits at regular intervals for consultations and to check on the work. She maintains the highest standards for workmanship and final product, and any small problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Revi returned my phone calls and emails promptly, so our communication was excellent. I know that if you want good results, you have to work with people who take real pride in their work, and that's exactly what you get with Monaco Interiors. I would not hesitate to give Monaco Interiors the highest recommendation and have already referred them to some friends. We had a wonderful experience with Monaco Interiors and I would be delighted to work with them in future, should we need any more work done.”

Unlike other designers that tend to persuade you to go along with their personal preferences, Lorenzo can fully understand and work with the exact desires of a client. “Our new condo is just being built and we are required by the builder to make our decor choices 6 months prior to completion. We are downsizing and purchasing all new furniture. What a challenge. I contracted with Ms Sealy's design team to asset me with both decor and infrastructure choices. The session was 2 hours and provided a critique of the choices I had made plus suggestions for other finishes. This session gave me the confidence to continue with my purchases as well as providing some great ideas that will provide a cost savings as well as enhancing our new condo. The unit closing date has been put on hold again so unfortunately I don't have photos as yet. I have purchased the sofas and spoke to a contractor about the finishes we will require once the unit has closed.”
