We purchased a large condo in an older building that desperately needed total gutting and renovations. Jodie Rosen Design Inc. came highly recommended by a retired designer and a friend who used her for two large projects. Jodie surpassed all our expectations. Her attention to detail and flair for design and colour resulted in our “dream condo” in Yorkville. The trades that Jodie recommended were reliable and provided an excellent finished product. Jodie listens to her customers and ensures that their needs are met. Her wonderful staff and assistant Rosie were always available to answer questions and take care of the details. It was a pleasure working with Jodie and we would definitely use her services again in the future.

I hired Jodie and her team to help plan the renovation design of our home and help with the decor. They did a fabulous job! They were always available to discuss the project in person, on the phone, via text or email and always had a quick response time for any of my questions and tasks. Jodie was extremely personable and really understood my style and what I was looking for. I was in a rush to get things done and she met those needs. They completed all the design plans and had them ready for contractors so they could complete their jobs (and would do the design plans in good time giving lots of time to review and discuss the projects before the contractors needed them). Jodie knows many trades people and can make a lot of recommendations if you are looking for some reliable contractors/tilers/glass people etc...Jodie also has amazing recommendations when it comes to decor. She has an eye for design and our house turned out fantastic! Even after the project was completed, Jodie remains in close contact if we need her to change anything or do anything else. I look forward to working with her again in the future!

We have just completed a large renovation to our home and I can honestly say that Jodie and her team were absolutely invaluable in getting us to where we are. Throughout the project we relied on Jodie to ensure that (a) the design was inspiring, (b) it fit within our overall budget and (c) we made the right call on when to prioritize aesthetics over budget and vice versa. JRD was so professional and a pleasure to work with. She was organized, punctual, and on top of everything (trades, schedules, budget). Her designs were spectacular and she listened to our wants and needs. I'd use her again any time we do a renovation.

My wife and I had been working on our dream project (a new house) for almost 2 years and we can unequivocally say that without Jodie and her team we would never have been able to undertake this project.
