“We just built a new house and used Annie Graunke from Studio M Interiors from start to finish. To say she made it a smooth transition is an understatement. I don't know how we would've done the process without her. She figured out our tastes immediately so every choice she made from then on out was either dead on or close enough that it was right the next time. I was amazed as to how quickly she nailed every single selection we made (flooring, cabinets, paint, etc...) She also understood our lifestyle (3 kids and a dog) and made our house exactly how we wanted it but kid friendly as well. Every person we have over to our house comments on how much they love the paint colors which were all Annie's picks. We wouldn't hesitate to use her again or recommend her for any type of project!”

“We hired Michelle to help us redesign our master bath and are absolutely thrilled with the outcome. We wanted to create a spa like setting complete with a larger shower, luxury whirlpool and other creature comforts that women enjoy. Michelle came up with a stunning design that involved some changes of moving a wall, adding pocket doors and relocating some of the plumbing. Her plan included all the materials to be considered for the project and paint colors. We love the whirlpool that is large enough for two and has these fancy lights that change colors as the pool is on. Her design incorporated the existing master bedroom and she helped us with some ideas there also. Michelle is very creative, full of energy and an absolute joy to work with. There are many great designers in Chicago and she is definitely in that elite group of designers.”

Betsy took time to learn about our tastes and has been able to provide for us a variety of choices that we would have never considered on our own. She is also respectful of budget limitations, attentive to deadlines, and easily accessible for questions. Each time we walk into our new home we feel comfortable and grateful for her guidance. Most of all we have enjoyed getting to know her!”

“I recently moved into a new home, had large rooms and walls to fill and some existing furniture pieces that weren’t working for me. Karen of Creative Design Concepts Inc. helped me select new furniture, window treatments, redo some existing furniture and select a painting for that very large wall. She also suggested placing the existing furniture I had in other places. The rooms have finally come together and the comment that I hear from family and friends is “WOW.” Karen is very creative and has a warm, engaging personality which made it easy for us to work together. To summarize, she listened to my ideas, explored options, offered creative suggestions, stayed within my budget and achieved a great end result. VERY PLEASED!!!”

“Oat design &build has completed a couple projects for my wife and I, including remodeling to our kitchen and bath. I’m not sure how they do it, but our projects were given a ton of attention and thought well before they began, exceeded our expectations as far as appearance and function. Changing soemthing mid project was not a problem, and again the patience and attention to detail was impressive. Our new go-to consultants and builders. A+ design! Trustworthy and fair... they came back to fix a problem.”
