“We loved working with Jayne. She helped my husband and I design our 1500 square-foot dream condo with new furniture and lighting, as well as finding the best ways to incorporate some existing carpets, add new ones and blend in a few pieces of furniture that we wanted to keep. Since we were downsizing from a home to a condo, along with moving from Massachusetts to Virginia, Jayne worked with us to see what it was we really were going to want with our new lifestyle rather than just duplicating the past. For example, we realized that our retirement/rewirement would give us time for projects and that would offer the possibility of a different kind of desk. Jayne suggested a counter-high project desk with cubbies, one desk for my husband and one for me, rather than a traditional desk that had worked for us in the past. We've had the project desks for six months now and love them. Jayne also assisted us in finding art for focal points and ideas for window treatments. At times, we were working with other suppliers and she helped us coordinate the look and the style so that it all worked beautifully together. Jayne is creative, resourceful, responsive, intuitive, practical, fun and full of super ideas! Jayne is a problem solver, a visionary, and even a mediator at times LOL. As you can imagine my husband and I were not always on the same page. In fact we often were not and Jayne would help us talk it through and find something that would work for both of us. Jayne was also diligent about helping us save money. If she could find a shortcut or a way to splurge in a certain area where it really counted but cut back in other places that wouldn't matter so much, she was always looking for an angle. She's creative, resourceful, responsive, intuitive, practical, fun and full of super ideas! Jayne is a problem solver, a visionary, and even a mediator at times. It was such a pleasure to work with Jayne and co-create our dream condo. We live in a building with 90 other units and have been told repeatedly that our condo is the most beautiful in the building. Best of all, we truly love living here!”

“Sashya was hired to help us design the basement of our house (appx 1800 sq feet). She has previously worked with us with our interior design of our house and had done an excellent job. She not only designed the basement but also helped us with the contruction process. She adds a lot of details to her work which makes it easy for the contruction process and shows attention to minor details which adds quality. She is respectful of our time and budget and gives us options to stay within our limits for both. She has a friendly personality which makes it easier to work with and fun during the project. I would highly recommend her to anyone who would like to do any design or architect work big or small.”

“11/29/12 Anne has been my ‘go to’ Decorator since I have owned my home for 36 years. She has my complete confidence and trust in any aspect of decorating. I contacted Anne prior to ‘updating’ my home to be sure she would be available for me to consult with for her expertise. Without her, I would never have begun such an undertaking. We strategized, agreeing on what could remain and what shouldn’t. Anne’s vast knowledge and experience are calming in so many ways to me. She incorporates my taste, budget, and dreams as she proceeds. She takes notes, measurements, and pictures and guides my ignorance of current styles and design. She actually knows before I speak! My project started with the complete renovation of 2 bathrooms and master bedroom. Having been committed to a 1960’s pink tile for 36 years, I now lean toward neutral colors to have the flexibility in accessory colors. With both bathrooms being done in white corian, Anne graciously suggested paint colors that would spice things up yet remain neutral and flow with the surrounding rooms. She is focused, objective and patient, resulting in my satisfying decisions. Every step of the way, regardless of her schedule, Anne is available to hear my concerns: Marble or porcelain floor, shiny or matte, grout color, where from? How about fixtures, lighting, style, and finish? One by one, she answers all my questions so that I may focus on the ‘next thing’, and there are many. Moving on to the bedrooms, all of which have hardwood floors that have been refinished, Anne can refer contractors that are as professional as she and her friendly staff are. Bedroom furniture, window treatments, and carpeting that Anne researched and presented, not only accommodate the size of the room, but achieve the look I adore and have far exceeded my expectations. It is with great anticipation I look forward to enjoying my newly decorated home as we continue, room by room. “Laurie has worked on numerous design projects on my home in Wellesley. Having worked with several other designers, I can say without hesitation that Laurie is the most creative, responsible, respectful, hard-working and honest member of her profession that I have dealt with. The first project Laurie worked on with me required her to use many existing -- and not terribly attractive -- pieces of furniture in a family room. She transformed what was truly an eyesore (and a room that we never used) into a place of warmth and beauty -- one that we now use constantly both for our own family and to entertain. Laurie has a great eye for both design and color. She also has her finger on the pulse of what is available in the marketplace. For our dining room, she found an absolutely stunning antique Venetian chandelier that completely transformed the room. We wanted something different that would be perfect for entertaining, but really did not know what that should look like.
