She has an excellent eye for sizing up a room's design layout and incorporating all the elements to pull a full plan together. I was looking for a designer who would be a true collaborator and also incorporate my ideas in the process, and she's been welcoming and encouraging of my input. “Heidi is awesome to work with! She has helped me in a variety of ways the last two years. First, she found me a great rental property when I first moved to Atlanta from Virginia. Second, she found a house to purchase when I made the decision to stay in Atlanta. During this process she was relentless in negotiating a good deal and ensuring the sellers made some needed improvements as a result of the home inspection. Most recently, she remodeled my guest bathroom. Not only is she a great general contractor, but she has an inspired design touch. She worked with me to understand my tastes and style and executed this perfectly, even for aspects of the bathroom that I did not specify. This was especially challenging because the space was small, the schedule was tight, and the demolition uncovered structural issues that needed to be fixed. “Rose helped us with our living room project. Our fireplace was really outdated and I’m so glad we took her expert advise on material selections. She really made the space look inviting and the process easy and enjoyable. I work odd hours and she was very responsive and worked around my time and budget. “I initially contracted with Minhnuyet to provide interior design services for my living room and breakfast room several months ago, with an estimated budget in place. The rooms have a very unusual floor plan and required real creativity, especially given that she had to use furnishings that I already had. She rearranged my furniture and made two key additional purchases that created a spectacular look, and came in under budget. She located a vendor who is providing uniquely designed solar shades for our large windows to complete the transformation. As a result of the quality of her work, she is now designing a plan for the library, and our bedroom is next. I cannot recommend Minhnuyet highly enough!”

“Sandie helped me design my two bathrooms in my gut renovation. I had a few ideas of tiles I liked, but I didn't know the best way to put them together. Sandie had great ideas and suggestions, making the seemingly overwhelming world of tile much more manageable. We ended up designing two bathrooms I really love! She was always very responsive and prompt, and I the mock ups she provided were very helpful when working with our contractor.”
