Lindsey helped us with a whole house renovation by using her expertise in branding to really help us achieve a style and look that was casual, vacation home, but with a bit of polish. She helped me place my furniture and decide what pieces I needed to buy, sell or put in storage given the new spaces. I've used her to hang artwork, decoratively organize my bookcases, and order custom window shades. We've also gone furniture shopping together and outfitted a guest room with new bedding. Jennifer has even done online shopping for me - providing me with choices that I could then order on my own. One of these online suggestions was a chandelier that turned out to be perfect for my needs and nearly identical to a very expensive one I had admired at in a design studio. I definitely recommend her if you need help with design details - especially if you're overwhelmed when trying to unpack and organize a new home.”

“My husband and I hired Ann to help with our second floor house renovations. Ann was by far the best decision we made in the process. We both work full time and utilizing Ann made the project seamless. Her skills and expertise were exactly what we needed. She was very dedicated to our project from the planning to the finishing touches. She has an architectural background so her experience in creating sample plans is amazing. She thought of designs we could never envision. Our home was built over 100 years ago and it holds a lot of character and charm. Ann was adamant about keeping the historic charm of the design while still incorporating a young modern feel to it. She is very thorough and fair in her assessment of the project and when we went slightly over her estimated billable hours she let us know ahead of time as to not be surprised but it was well worth it. She was a lifesaver every step of the way. She worked very well with our hired contractor and counter parties. She went and gathered all the samples for flooring, tiles, vanity, and paint. That in itself was a tremendous help. The details of the design are what overwhelmed me and Ann was able to narrow down the samples based on my tastes. I shared with her my pinterest page and I have to say my bathroom is a perfect combination of all my pins. She is the expert and her experience is exactly what you need when undertaking a major project such as ours. Without her, our bathroom and extended renovations would not be as beautiful as they are today! We are thankful everyday for Ann as we enjoy our updated home and appreciate every detail. She created the architectural design for our third floor kitchen and our downstairs duplex renovations, coming up with a series of design ideas that were both beautiful and within our budget. She helped select our contractor and collaborated with him during each stage of both projects. She made weekly visits to the job site, and just as importantly, the contractor would call Maria with questions as the work progressed thereby avoiding costly “do overs.” She completed both projects within our budget and even more surprisingly, on time!
