Together we have renovated a kitchen, a laundry room, a master bath, an office and are currently working on an outdoor deck. Each project has turned out better than the last. Kim is an exceptionally positive and uplifting person and I am blessed to have been introduced to her by mutual friends, for whom she designed another beautiful kitchen. Kim is an extraordinarily talented designer with a special skill set for knowing what will look fantastic in my home while delivering within my personal budget. Despite our seemingly different personal design styles, Kim manages to find exactly what I didn't know I wanted. In the end, her eye is very wise and her ability to communicate with clients to decipher personal style is precise.”

“Heidi is awesome to work with! She has helped me in a variety of ways the last two years. First, she found me a great rental property when I first moved to Atlanta from Virginia. Second, she found a house to purchase when I made the decision to stay in Atlanta. During this process she was relentless in negotiating a good deal and ensuring the sellers made some needed improvements as a result of the home inspection. Most recently, she remodeled my guest bathroom. Not only is she a great general contractor, but she has an inspired design touch. She worked with me to understand my tastes and style and executed this perfectly, even for aspects of the bathroom that I did not specify. This was especially challenging because the space was small, the schedule was tight, and the demolition uncovered structural issues that needed to be fixed. “B4Design was contracted to take my 15 year old daughter's bedroom from a princess theme to a more age appropriate teenage theme that better represented her style. My daughter loved working with Lori and felt that she really understood what she wanted for her new look. She helped my daughter broaden her vison and encouraged her to expand her options that pleased both Mother and Daughter. A huge benefit is that she is taking more pride in her room and is doing a better job of keeping it clean.”

“Sandie helped me design my two bathrooms in my gut renovation. I had a few ideas of tiles I liked, but I didn't know the best way to put them together. Sandie had great ideas and suggestions, making the seemingly overwhelming world of tile much more manageable. We ended up designing two bathrooms I really love! She was always very responsive and prompt, and I the mock ups she provided were very helpful when working with our contractor.”

The owner and staff were true professionals, and my home design was immaculate. “I initially contracted with Minhnuyet to provide interior design services for my living room and breakfast room several months ago, with an estimated budget in place. The rooms have a very unusual floor plan and required real creativity, especially given that she had to use furnishings that I already had. She rearranged my furniture and made two key additional purchases that created a spectacular look, and came in under budget. She located a vendor who is providing uniquely designed solar shades for our large windows to complete the transformation. As a result of the quality of her work, she is now designing a plan for the library, and our bedroom is next. I cannot recommend Minhnuyet highly enough!”
