“I hired BKDP back in October 2011 to redesign the ground level and 2 second level bathrooms of my home. After interviewing different design companies, both my wife and I felt most comfortable with Fardid and Ken as they were very clear and detailed in explaining the whole design process and how they charge for design and renovation to us. The design process took about 6 weeks and the design was revised a couple of times as we added more items to our wish list. They presented different design and material options to us and guided us to select the design that we like. The renovation took about 3 months to complete and we were very pleased with the end result. During the renovation, their coordinator kept us updated with their progress and schedule without the need of me calling them. And whenever I call or e-mail them with questions concerning the project, they would respond to me right away. We are considering to renovate our basement later on and we would definitely rehire BKDP for their service without hesitation.”

“My wife and I ordered the table of our dreams from Millbank. They were extremely easy to work with and we created a table that we will certainly own for ever. The design process was as easy as saying I want "this style table, with these legs, this colour, this material, this finish etc". They hand made it completely custom and it's the centre piece of our house. The quality is outstanding and the price was excellent. I would highly recommend you pay them a visit if you are looking for some very high quality custom furniture. It's worth the drive to Millbank :)”

“Three different renovated kitchens, three different homes in Toronto’s Annex, the escarpment in Stoney Creek and now downtown in renewed Hamilton. All have one thing in common - the deft touch of Biljana McDowell. Cooking a gourmet meal has never been easier with Biljana’s smart practical layout and design. Silent drawers that are sized so Marta and I can fit a complete set of 11 pots into a single drawer, all the bottles of oil and vinegar fitting neatly into another easy to pullout drawer, and plenty of space for everything from groceries to the “good” Mexican dishes. At small family dinners or large parties everyone gathers in the kitchen. As we planned the kitchen is the focal point of the house and entertaining. Adding to economy of scale is superb workmanship that has stood the test of time and my occasional abuse. Unlike some designers Biljana actually listens to what you want and delivers your own dream not a copy of some trendy kitchen in a glossy. Add design genius, fun, warm, creative, practical, detailed, great to work with. Did I say cost-conscious? I would hire Biljana a fourth time except my wife would kill me if we ever move again. The design done by Chris was outstanding and they were the only company that came into our home and create a design without a fee up front. The project came in on time and budget and we have ended up with an absolutely beautiful kitchen. It is always a little stressful doing a major renovation in your home but our expectations were exceeded from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend Classic Kitchens!”

“Last year we gutted our kitchen and installed a Downsview Kitchen from Yorkville Design. I have nothing but praise for the service and quality we received. Thomas Tampold and his team pre-visualized a 3D mock up on the computer so we were able to "walk through" our future kitchen. They helped us with lighting and appliance selection, and all the other small details. Carefully measured, and working within our budget, they delivered a fully completed kitchen of world class quality and finish. We were so pleased with the final results that we are hiring them to design and install another kitchen at our cottage. Simply put - they're the best in Toronto.”

“We came to Mark with a need to re-design our laundry room into a configuration to include a mud room with accessibility and safety being the priority. Given the space was oddly laid out and space limited, it took some creativity. Also, we needed to modify our powder room bathroom and 1 upstairs bathroom to suit the special needs person however keeping home integrity. Tall order. Mark and company delivered incredible results! We cannot review them high enough. The contractors used were professional and friendly. Rob, the main tradesman, is an artist in his work. Mark managed the project skillfully and timely. For families looking to invest in their homes for bang on results, look no further. We found this company on homestars and opted to believe in others reviews. So grateful we did!
