Fawad Mirza was great to work with, very professional, excellent workmanship, attention to detail for customised units and excellent overall job.

We chose Fawad for the renovation of the 2 bathrooms in our rental condo in Pickering, ON as he had been so helpful during the kitchen renovation of a condo we own in Victoria, BC. Even though he was not involved with the work in BC, he very graciously provided samples and advice on the cabinetry and countertop materials as he represented the same company supplying those materials. Our Pickering tenants were very pleased with Fawad and his team and, apart from a couple of minor issues with finishing touches (which will be addressed), are happy with the final result. Communication was excellent with Fawad keeping the tenants up-to-date at all times. His work crew were always pleasant and respectful and the lady tenant said she always felt secure if working at home during the renovation. Both the tenants and us found Fawad a super guy to work with.

We bought our current house about 4 years ago and it came with a large well finished kitchen. We decided to add to the existing kitchen (that had been installed 15+ years previously) and started searching the internet for suppliers of the same cabinets as already installed. This is when we came across Kabinetry Design Studio. Fawad was very helpful and patient, listening to all our needs and with his help we were able to get the desired end result. The cabinets supplied were a perfect fit and colour to our requirements and it is impossible to see where the old and new join. We would like to thank Fawad for his assistance and we would recommend Kabinetry design to anyone looking for assistance, supply and install of their kitchen requirements.

Fawad is fantastic!! We came to meet him on the recommendation of a friend as we loved their new kitchen. Initially, Fawad showed us photos of all white and grey photos but once we showed him photos of our dream kitchen, our dreams came to live! Fawad is very open minded, experienced and his ideas are endless. He realizes that the homeowner has the last word but openly works WITH you and does not force you into a design, pattern or colour that he wants! I LOVE MY KITCHEN!!!

The kitchen cabinets and bedroom closets you built for us are the highlights of our condo. This is exactly what we had anticipated. They look great! I know we will enjoy them for many years to come.

Bait and switch. Seems like Fawad purposely low balled us and when we had some minor changes he did not say how much the price would change. Asked multiple times but he would not provide a price until the retainer was paid. When he got our retainer he doubled the price. Should've seen that as an immediate red flag. Would not recommend. Terrible service.

Fawad and the gang at Kabinetry have built 2 stunning kitchens (2010 & 2016) for us and an incredible laundry room. We took our home down to the bare bones and Fawad took over from there. My husband and I both love to cook and the kitchen is the most important room and thanks to Kabinetry, the most loved room in our home. Fawad made the design process so easy. He asked all the right questions and created a room that is effortless to use. Our cabinets are not only beautiful, but they are seriously built to last. There are so many details that he added that we never would have thought of. Although we plan on staying where we are for some time, we would not think about using any other company to create our next gorgeous kitchen space.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Fawad and his team at Kabinetry Design Studio. We worked with this company to gut and create a brand new kitchen. Fawad listened to our design requirements and came up with a beautiful layout. He was attentive, customer-oriented and made sure every detail was taken care of the the nth degree. And even after the renovation, any questions and concerns were responded to immediately. We were thrilled with the results. The cost was competitive and the materials were of very good quality and workmanship. I would use them again without reservation. I have attached some quick pictures, but they do not do complete justice to the wonderful job.

Fawad and his team were professional & respectful at all times. They came in on budget and on time!...an almost unheard of combination! All pricing was very transparent and Fawad walked us through all decisions and made the process very easy. We ended up with the kitchen of our dreams and had a completely positive experience. We were so happy that we are now working with Kabinetry Design to renovate our two bathrooms.

This company was great to work with. I completely gutted my existing kitchen and took out three support walls. The results are stunning! It is a complete transformation of my home. The company was great to work with. They responded quickly to any concerns I had and Fawad, the owner, is a true professional. I would highly recommend them!
