“Shawn Aya of Aya Homes built the home that we bought. He built this house with a lot of quality in it. The workmanship was very good. The house has lot of upgrades that he put in the house. Some of the upgrades are 8 foot high insulated ceiling in the garage, a passive radon system, three-quarter inch stained solid wood floor, tray ceilings in all bedrooms, under kitchen cabinets LED lights, wider stairs to the basement, decora light switches to name a few. We built the house finished. Most of the upgrades he built into the house, we did not add them. We do not know anything about the project dates, costs, and deadlines.”

“I was the recipient of the free Mother's Day Shower Giveaway. You would have thought I was one of their highest paying clients! They came in and demo'd the broken shower, made the necessary plumbing and insulation repairs, and got the new shower installed all in one day! Their work was meticulous. They are talented and experienced. They are courteous, clean-cut, professional and were extremely kind to my family while they were working. I would recommend them to everyone!”

“We had them build shelves in our bonus room, which has a slanted ceiling. They turned out great! We are very happy with their work, and found them very pleasant to work with. They didn't make a mess, and we felt like we could trust them in our house. The only problem we had at all was a that their painter wasn't able to finish painting our wainscoting in a timely manner, so we had to do it ourselves.”

“Because of Dan's expertise and thoughtful and beautiful design, we have the kitchen of my dreams. Dan had been highly recommended to me by two friends who had him design their kitchens within the past 20 years as well as by a friend who is involved in artistic design as well. When we began, he visited our home, and we talked quite a while. He listened to my ideas as well as making suggestions of his own. He took measurements, and I could tell how thorough he was. We visited his showroom and then selected cabinets, flooring, tiles, counter tops from sources he knew were reliable. His drawings were beautiful, and although we tweaked a few things as we went along, the final product is even better than the vision we both came up with. He turned a 70's house with an 80's kitchen into a gorgeous, picture-perfect 2016 kitchen. We could not be happier. He was generous with his time, his expertise, his advice and his leadership. His workmen were of the highest caliber. They always showed up on time and did fine work, taking great care with our existing rooms. I recommend Dan Roberts and his crew very highly and without reservation. In fact, I have already given his name to relatives and other friends.”
