“THAT WENT VERY WELL! Dec 2015 we finished a large extension to our home (North Shore - Sydney). After Design & Spec stage we spoke to 6 builders and Brett from Smith & Sons was a standout. He listens, comes up with excellent advice and solutions to budget. Brett's builders, and tradies were excellent - very skilled, great rapport and a cleanup each day before leaving our worksite The build was finished early, exactly what we wanted on budget and well supervised. Highly recommended!”

From design and contracts, through to execution everything was extremely well managed and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Onsite manager Gus takes personal ownership of all project execution details, always explaining everything and always on call for questions or concerns. “Worked together on a number of renovations in Ivy Street Darlington, Vaucluse, Gottenham Street Glebe, Young Street Redfern, Victoria Street Darlinghurst and more recently in Chippendale. Most recent renovation included new bathroom and kitchen then landscaping back yard. Elev8 always draws up plans, quotes and specifies all fittings then handling decorative aspects. Elev8 have an understanding of working in with ownder and landlords. Reliable, punctual, work to a budget and always suggest practical solutions. Happy to recommend.”

“We were impressed with Advanced cosmic construction from the very beginning. Our project wasn’t a huge renovation but he took it on and dealt with it as a priority regardless - and nothing we asked for was any trouble. The team of tradespeople were punctual, respectful and very hard working. Every single one of them turned up with a smile on their face including Sam himself. The work was done very quickly but not at the expense of quality. Everything we asked for was done promptly and anything extra wasn’t a hassle. Our bathroom is absolutely DIVINE and we couldn’t be more grateful. We chose advanced cosmic construction by seeing examples of their work on line but also on gut feeling - as there are so many builders out there. We made the right choice!”

“From the moment we walked into the Kellyville Kitchen showroom, we were greeted by a friendly Kitchen Designer, that listened to all our needs and designed us a kitchen on the spot, not only that but also gave us an unbeatable price. We purchased the kitchen from Kellyville Kitchens and I can say that it was profanation advice, great customer service, they delivered on time and installed with no dramas . From start to finish we were extremely impressed. The end result speaks for itself, there is not one person that walks in the house that does not comment how much the Kitchen has made a difference to the house. Absolutely beautiful and much more functional. At the end the designer did that extra mile and came to the house to make sure we were happy with it all. I highly recommend Kellyville Kitchens.”

“In May 2013 Avante Bathrooms did a great job renovating our main bathroom so when it came to updating our small ensuite we didn't hesitate to call on Paul again. All his trades not only did an excellent job they were a pleasure to work with even though the bathroom is small. Thanks Paul”
