I was very impressed by the skills and level of customer service Origin Bathrooms provided from initial quote to final handover. We are very happy with our bathroom renovation by Origin Bathrooms. The job was done professionally and was well managed — finishing on time despite some unexpected finds after the demolition and isolating during the pandemic. All tradesmen contracted to the build were professional and did an excellent job. Jamie and Gus were easy to communicate with and highly responsive. And we could not be happier with the result. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Our two bathrooms were renovated by Origin Bathrooms and the process was as smooth as renovating a bathroom can be! George was extremely helpful and patient when it came to designing the bathrooms and Gus and the team ensured it all came to life beautifully. Very glad I accepted a recommendation to use Origin Bathrooms for my total bathroom renovation and couldn’t be happier with the preparation, communication, process and end result - stunning in every way. George and Gus kept me informed at all times about the next stage of the renovation and were able to find a few clever solutions around a few covid challenges. Gus has a great eye for detail and is not happy till everything is 100%. I highly recommend this company and all its staff.

Disaster. No Quality control. Massive errors across whole process. We hired Origin Bathrooms, run by brothers Gus and George Sowmi for a renovation of a bathroom in Sep 2021. Across every step of the process, there were massive errors, with limited quality control from Origin Bathrooms. While Origin did make a number of repairs after multiple complaints, we still have to live with the finished product which is below expectations. - Design: the designs did not match the cabinetry, so they did not initially fit and wall needed to be adjusted. Final outcome did not match original vision. Gus initially tried to blame me saying that we purchased cabinetry that did not match the draft design. However Origin Bathroom signed off on all of the cabinetry we purchased weeks before works started. - Carpentry: 4 different carpenters attended the property; one ran a nail through a pipe which resulted in the flooding in the bedroom below (Origin covered the cost of the repair after 2 floods). Other minor issues (repaired after I complained) - door handle did not close, bottom of closet door was not shaved for carpet. - Tiling: rushed job, tiling whole bathroom in 1 Sunday, leading to crooked walls, tiles, and pools of water (even after repairs). Walls were not plumb (straight) - tilers blamed the carpenters; Gus blamed the house. They adjusted for this by shaving the doors on the cabinet to also not be straight (but now aligned with wall, so it's less visible), but it's still been pointed out by guests who visited the house. Niche is a sitting pool of water growing mould (Gus had previously promised us that this would be built at a slight angle to ensure water drained off it) - not repaired despite complaint. Tile on the floor are not angled properly and water does not drain - not repaired despite complaint. The silicon was done by 3 different people (plumber, shower screen guy, and carpenter), and is visibly messy (not repaired despite complaint) - Electrical: floor heater was installed sideways (ultimately repaired) - Billing: when bathtub was out of stock, Origin would not provide a full refund as they said they discounted it more than other items on the bill (e.g. gave a blanket 15% discount across all PC, but when bathtub needed to be refunded, claimed that bathtub was discounted more than 15%, and therefore would give a smaller refund, while other items were discounted less). I asked for an itemisation, never got a response. - Process: We were doing a full renovation of the house, and specifically fully outsourced the bathroom to Origin Bathrooms as we were busy managing other workers. Origin's subcontractors received minimal direction from Origin (or at least they frequently asked me basic questions). Origin Bathrooms rarely conducted quality control of the work, with myself or other tradies spotting all of the errors. Origin Bathrooms never attended to do an inspection of the final work.

George, Gus & the team recently completed an amazing renovation of our bathroom in Dulwich Hill. The team did an incredible job selecting fixtures based on 3 inspiration pictures, were great at communicating throughout the process, rectified those usual issues/changes that crop up in any renovation quickly & the finished result is AMAZING. 100% would recommend to anyone thinking of doing their bathroom in the inner west. Would highly recommend Origin Bathrooms, from the initial design meeting at the showroom to the completion of the works was an easy, no stress experience. George & Gus are a great team and the quality of work they produce is absolutely outstanding. We had to postpone the works due to COVID and they managed to accommodate our timing as we had to move our during the renovations. Gus is super friendly and has a great eye for detail, down to him doing the final siliconing as he doesn't trust anyone else to do it. The bathroom was finished in 3 weeks, this was a complete demo and rebuild, which was great considering they had to limit the number of contractors due to COVID

Origin Bathrooms did a fantastic job at renovating our bathroom. They were incredibly helpful from the start, helping us with tile choices and designing a functional space. They kept us up to date with the work that was being completed and answered all our questions with patience and detail. I would definitely use Origin Bathrooms again if I were to renovate a bathroom or laundry!

I cannot recommend George and Gus from Origin more if you're considering a bathroom renovation. From the initial inspection to the final sign-off, they were amazing with their communication and professional in their manner. At no point did I not know what stage we were up to - they kept me up to date with regular check-ins and photo updates. I did not feel worried at all with my place in their hands; the guys were extremely knowledgeable about every facet of the renovation. The completed bathroom is everything I had hoped it would be.

Very helpful end to end with our complete bathroom renovation - from helping form up a design that matched our vision, starting as planned and executing well, keeping us very up to date and offering both decisions and advice on all the little details to make it great. We can not recommend more highly George, Gus and the team from Origin Bathrooms. From the first contact to final sign-off, the whole process of our bathroom Reno was professional, friendly and informed. Even with a couple of issues due to the age of our house and a testing vanity issue, Gus and the team worked tirelessly to achieve the beautiful result we had envisioned. There was constant contact, advice and management of the job and we want to thank all the team especially Gus, for their commitment to our renovation.

I am extremely pleased with bathroom renovation done by Origin. Gus and George really understood our requirements and gave us an outcome we are very pleased with. George was meticulous and patient in the planning phase where we weren't really sure with the direction in which we were heading. We had just bought our first property and this was our first real renovation project. Origin's professional approach really put us at ease with what we were doing. We also had a a limited window within which we had to complete the project. Gus was at the fore of making sure all the work was completed on time. The team proactively ensured the floorboards were protected and before the demolition works started. We really did not have to tell the team about anything in particular. The communication was excellent and I got regular updates on how we were progressing with the demolition. I must also add that we managed to complete the renovation well within our budget and did not have any spillover from our original estimate. I would strongly recommend Origin to anyone thinking of renovating their bathroom. Thank you George & Gus!
