“We love love loved this company. We had a pipe burst in the wall last winter and they did an amazing job. Doing demo, and getting the new floor down and the wall that was saturated fixed. This sept my son flooded the bathroom and we ended up with a bad leek in the basement. 2 guys from the company came over to my house on Friday at 5 to get the ceiling removed so we wouldn’t have any mold.”

Project had a couple of lengthy delays mostly no fault of Ferguson Construction and due to shower material from supplier being the wrong color due to samples not matching actual. Employees were courteous and professional and quality of work was very good.”

“I converted my attached garage to a family room and built a separate detached garage. Remodeling Experts handled EVERYTHING including the architectural services, installation of a vented fireplace, a wall of custom bookshelves and a desk area. There were no surprises in the budget although I made changes as the process went along and Jim was able to work with me. In fact, because of his experience, he is able to make really nice suggestions in terms of what is trending and how things will work once finished. After this process, I used Remodeling Experts to update my master bath (gutted down to the studs) and then my children's bath. That's my best recommendation - that I continue to use Jim's company. His people are reliable, neat and polite. I'm happy to have them work in my home.”

“Jason Breckenkamp installed new tile and replaced all the fixtures in my very outdated master bathroom. I cannot say enough about the quality of his work. He is meticulous, everything was done perfectly without any flaws. What I also really liked about Jason was that he had ideas about how the tile should be done and gave me options. Sometimes I think we have a ridged way of thinking about a design. A good contractor will give you choices on how it can be done. I would have never thought I would have liked the tile the way he suggested to install it and I love it. I teach school and could not be at my home when Jason was working. I gave him a key for the duration of the job. How many people can you trust in this day and age with your house key? Jason is extremely professional and very trustworthy. As you can tell by my review I was very happy with Jason's work and have recommended him to many of my friends and neighbors. Everyone has been very satisfied with his work. You will not be disappointed by this company and the extremely talented and professional man that runs it.”

“More for Less did our kitchen remodel, which included new lighting, new flooring, some plumbing work, cabinets, countertops, appliances, the works. They did a great job, excellent attention to detail, standards of quality, cleaned up every day, took the trouble to give me "homework" on decisions they'd need for the next day or two, and collaborated smoothly with the appliance delivery and cabinet folks. I'm delighted with the end result and would definitely call More for Less for future projects.”

“Our experience with Las Aguilas Contracting was a bit unusual, because we had a fairly standard bath converted into a specialty one for a recovering invalid. These folks extended every courtesy for my husband, who had neck surgery. They waited to start full remodeling until all the special equipment was available, allowing full access to the toilet and vanity every night, while converting the bath area into a walk-in shower with fold down bench. A riser for the commode was located, and a vanity with special plumbing, Finally, non-slide tiles were installed across the room. They did a fantastic job--their workmen often working on the week-end, on budget. We will use them again on our next remodeling project.”
