“I cannot recommend this great family business enough! I hired them last year for a full kitchen renovation, and they were able to complete the project with no major issues. They were extremely professional and payed attention to every little detail, giving me the kitchen I have always wanted. Barry went above and beyond to please me and my clients and worked with us patiently through every detail of all phases of our construction project. I cannot say enough positive comments about my experience of working with him and his construction crew. BC 11 Construction were respectful of the neighbors, the building property at all times, and above all sought to work with me and my clients to resolve all construction issues that cropped up (as they do in all design projects). I was told by one of the workers in my building that I had the prettiest kitchen in the building. Matthew Walker, the project manager helped me in every way possible. “Glitz just finished a large renovation in my home in manhasset. They did my stairs, floors TWO bathrooms inclucing a master suite, a den living room and entry way. They were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. I could not be happier with the work that was done. Their pricing was very reasonable and better than any others we met with. They are professional and showed up every day at the same time. I was told the construction would take 6 to 8 weeks and I did not believe them and guess what?? They were done by week 8. We are planning on additional renavotions next year and I am so glad I already have the Contractor picked out. I plan on using them for all of my future projects.”

“In the past twelve months, I undertook a major renovation of my home. This was the first time I was involved in a project of this size. The project called for a gut renovation of a majority of the house (while my three sons and I continued to live in the home). This included a complete redesign of the entire first floor (kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom) which involved the removal of a major load bearing wall. We also gut renovated the master bath (adding a laundry closet) and a hall bath on the second floor while redesigning the master bedroom and all common areas of the house. Merri's knowledge of floor layout and modern design concepts allowed for a project with a number of unique twists to come together on time and within the original budget. Merri was flexible in providing advice and guidance on the project while also being careful to incorporate my ideas. She has the ability to take the thoughts/concepts of a client and turn them into reality in the project. My experience is this is not a universal ability for all designers. She was always sure to listen to my requests and take the time to point out the issues these requests can have on the project including timing and budget ramifications. Finally, Merri worked well with a number of subs on the job to be sure that they were following her design concept while the project advanced from the rip out to finish stages. I was highly impressed with her and I continued to use her expertise on the finish work including color design, drapery suggestions as well as furniture and carpeting choices. I enthusiastically recommend Merri for your project. ”

“I used Modern Tradition Kitchen & Bath and could not have been more pleased with the results. I moved into an apartment that was a complete gut job both kitchen and bath. Felipe and his expertise turned both rooms into what I had envisioned. From cabinets, to flooring and countertops everything was truly amazing. Felipe not only got me both kitchen and bathroom I asked for but was also on budget. I would highly recommend his first class service.”
