“Hi :) my name is Annabelle and we are from Sunnyvale California, I just finished a new renovation, and I would like to share with you guys my wonderful experience, we started the process with a lot of fears because of previous experience that we had with another contractor two years ago, from the first meeting with Asi, me and my husband felt the honesty and integrity right away, we describe to her what we would like to achieve in our kitchen remodeling project and together with ideas that came from her designer we decided on the final layout, We needed a new kitchen renovation for our home ASAP, we are all working from home, my husband and I and our older daughter, and the kitchen became much more important, it was very surprising but we succeeded to pass all the inspections on time, The communication part was great, personally I preferred to communicate with Asi directly but they are working with a personal online portal that some people will find useful, we needed a few times that Asi will come to us to discuss on a few changes and we always felt comfortable to share with her our concerns and ideas, and eventually we are very satisfied from the end result!”

“As a veteran of Silicon Valley, I have recognized that integrated platforms provide the best value for end users. What if a construction company could integrate the various disciplines associated with remodeling/new home construction into a platform like approach? Imagine having to deal with a separate architect, a separate 3D renderer, a separate interior designer, various showrooms where all care about their own individual services and products? As we look back at our experience with the Greenberg Design Gallery team together with the Greenberg Construction team; from the original concept stage, to budgeting, design, and implementation/cost trade-offs, to securing our permit, we have recognized that indeed the team at Greenberg have implemented a very efficient platform. The team is highly technical and uses state of the art architectural design tools to take their clients through the journey in a very timely manner. In fact, we believe the value we have received in the design to permit phase will eventually save us a considerable amount as we anticipate minimal changes during the build phase. Greenberg architected our new home vision in the first month, and by empowering us with their 3D modeling package, we were able to request modifications and fine tune our entire house in the ensuing two months. In parallel, we were visiting their showroom in Palo Alto (where they have a rich selection of material), and spent quality time with their interior designers to help us reach consensus on the majority of the type of finishes for our house. So in approximately three months we went from vision to design to permit and material type selection. “My wife and I used Phoenix Contractors for a total gut job remodel of a 2000 square foot home. Scott Sullivan and his crew did excellent work. They were pleasant, hardworking, conscientious and detail oriented. His sub contractors did an excellent job. The parts of the job they could control were all done on time. Scott was on the job site most days supervising (and working) and he had great instincts about when we needed to be consulted. He was also excellent at working with the interior designer we used on the project. There were a very few, very minor things that had to be corrected once the job was done and the team from Phoenix Construction did a great job of taking care of these issues quickly and easily. Likewise, we had a couple of minor warranty issues months after the job was done and getting some one from Phoenix to deal with these issues was easy and the work was done quickly. Also, on one instance we had a problem months after the warranty period was up. I checked with Scott and he offered to see what had caused the problem. and then do the repair for time+materials. He ended up charging nothing because the problem could have been prevented had the original work been done different. A final thing I would add is that many contractors I have dealt with through the years prefer working with men. That was never the case with Scott and his crews. They treated both my wife and the interior designer we hired very respectfully.”

“Kelly was extremely professional and her knowledge about interior decorating is excellent. She asked me several questions to receive a better understanding of what type of furniture that I liked and then provided me with several photos of excellent well-made furniture. Kelly's furniture and artwork prices are extremely reasonable. Her follow through was phenomenal from ordering the furniture, developing it, shipping and most important asking me if I was satisfied with the furniture. My house now looks fantastic because of Kelly. I look forward to working with Kelly again in the near future and I would suggest anyone to hire Kelly. Robin Kardy”

“CAGE Design Build did such a wonderful job on the transformation of our kitchen, dining and living room in 2012 that we hired them again last year to remodel our upstairs bathroom, office, sitting area and bedroom. The results are fantastic and have completely transformed our upstairs living area. Kelly and her team worked with us on the design and materials selection and budget, and Dave and his team did their usual masterful job executing it. The work was completed on schedule and with minimal disruption and we just love our new upstairs!”

“I am so very pleased with the kitchen and bath remodel performed by Kitchens by Ross. Ross understood what I wanted and helped me through the process. He answered the myriad of questions I had and provided expert guidance. Ross went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the kitchen cabinetry, to the extent of replacing some door panels that had very minor knots. Ross suggested side panels that added a very nice touch to the cabinetry, a hidden spice rack, and I love the peanut-shape roll out shelving. Ross and his contractor met the deadlines and budget!”

“Our recent home project included the complete remodeling of the kitchen, 3 bathrooms and wet bar. My husband and I decided on Level up home remodeling following our due diligence process (having interviewed multiple contractor candidates) given the prior reviews, competitive proposal, and positive impressions following our discussions with Issac. Issac estimated 3 months to complete the project beginning in August 2016, and although there were the unknown but expected bumps in the road along the way during the project, was able to complete the job on a timely basis. Both quality of workmanship and timely completion of the job was important to us, and Issac and his team delivered on both counts. Those working on our project were hard working competent individuals, punctual, courteous and easy to engage in conversation. Issac was at our site on a daily basis both overseeing the project and hands on with regards to any task. He and his team provided professional, thoughtful and viable options and resolutions to each situation/issue as they arose. We have used other contractors in the past, but Level up home remodeling outperformed all the predecessors. We are pleased with the results and would not hesitate in bringing back Issac team for other construction projects going forward.”

“I rarely write reviews but always read reviews before choosing or buying things. So I decided this time to share my experience with our kitchen remodel given how ecstatic both my husband and I are of the results. We asked two kitchen designers to come to our recently purchased home in order to change our kitchen. Neither of them actually came with ideas that would truly improve both the functionality and the esthetic of the room. We were thoroughly disappointed until friends of ours recommended Jam Iksoulene to us. Jam responded to our inquiry promptly and agreed to come to our house the following Sunday. My husband travels a lot and that was the only day we could all meet. Right off the bat, we were impressed by Jam’s willingness to accommodate our schedule. Jam spent almost two hours looking at the room, thinking, measuring and listening to our wishes. It was clear that compared to the previous designers, he was extremely conscientious and thorough. The design he created for our kitchen blew us away. It not only changed the entire flow of the room by making it much better but also nailed what we were seeking in terms of style. I have attached before and after pictures. Jam helped us with colors. Neither my husband nor I are visual and we were very uncertain and indecisive regarding color cabinets and countertop. Jam went above and beyond for us, giving us samples and even accompanying us to Cosentino to ensure that the cabinet color would work with the dekton we had chosen. Jam gained our complete trust. He always answered our numerous questions promptly and professionally. His inside out knowledge of Pyram kitchen made his install perfect. His expertise as both designer and installer make Jam Iksoulene someone we highly recommend without hesitation to anyone interested in transforming his/her kitchen with a modern French flair. Definitely a 5 star rating. Would give more if I could.”
