iBuilders Design and Build was born when some existing members on this team saw a problem. The Bay Area-specific challenge is that homeowners in this part of the world often find themselves in the woods trying to get things done on their property. The cost of individually hiring some contractors, architects, and interior designers isn’t the type everyone can shoulder. Each of us, professionals in our fields, decided to make it easier, more affordable, and highly rewarding to access local building construction services. Contracting us makes it easier for you to build your dream home, renovate it or make seasonal/emergency repairs to the property. We started this company to provide local services that align with international standards. That is why we can remodel your kitchen faster than most contractors and charge a fee that doesn’t tear a hole in your pocket. While there are other building constructors out there, the solutions we offer are keenly tailored to attend to the needs of homeowners and business managers in the part of Northern California.

I hired Ibuilder design and build to complete a major remodel of my condominium: new kitchen, electrical upgrade, new lighting, plastering and painting throughout and new wall to wall carpet. The job was finished ahead of schedule and on budget and I could not be happier. They were even able to fit in a couple of last-minute additional tasks without extending the schedule. Once the project started, Alan was in close communication with me every step of the way and kept the project moving along on what was a very ambitious schedule. He was at the apartment every day to check on the progress, sent me pictures of the work in progress. All the craftsmen who worked on the project were top notch and the quality of the work is impressive. I cannot recommend Ibuilder design and build highly enough.

Alan and Ibuilder design and build were excellent! From the start they were professional, friendly, prompt and did excellent work with me redoing my kitchen. They gave me a competitive estimate that was well within my price range, and got the job done quickly and effectively. My new kitchen looks beautiful, new sliding pantry doors and more natural light in the space. Would highly recommend this company and would use them again when I decide to improve my house once again.

We recently used Ibuilder design and build for bathroom remodeling projects, and cannot recommend them enough! Alan was a great overall project manager and was communicative about realistic project expectations and timing around the projects. Work (especially on the first bathroom) was done incredibly fast and all the various teams coming in were great- demo, plumbing, electrical, tile, glass etc. The tile work is STUNNING. Would definitely use them again thank you Alan!

This is my second time using Ibuilder design and build and again I am very satisfied with the results. I had a bathroom and floors done and they turned out fantastic. Alan is always helpful, patient and really tries to understand your needs. The workers are so concise and meticulous it makes it hard to believe that I am getting such quality work done on my house. It would be almost impossible for me to use another contractor in my house. Always a pleasure and I hope to do business with them again.

My wife and I hired ibuilder design and build to update our new home. We did a complete bathroom remodel, painted the entire interior, new interior doors, new front door, new interior lighting, electrical work and all new hardwood floors. Alan our project manager was amazing to work with. He was extremely responsive and available whenever we had a question, even with a newborn at home. Their team did an amazing job with our project. Very clean and professional, just a joy to work with. We highly recommend them and we are already saving for the next project that we plan to bring them back on.

Our project converting our car garage into an ADU was really not easy but Ibuilder design and build did fantastic job! I want to say that working with Alan from ibuilder design and build has been the best experience I have had. Alan answered our phones, they return phone calls, emails immediately, they are punctual, they are always available to answer my questions. Their workers are the best too. As soon as they arrive unto the worksite, they get to work immediately. They finished in the time frame they said. Ibuilder design and build Alan (and his crew) did a fantastic job designing and creating our new kitchen, and master bathroom. Alan provides creative, aesthetically, and was super helpful. Everyone that Alan brought on board was professional and a pleasure to deal with. They did an excellent job assembling and installing all the new cabinetry, and shower. Not forgetting their great work on all aspects of the renovation, from leveling the ceiling, to drywalling and painting. We love our new kitchen, and our master bathroom and give Ibuilder design and build the highest possible recommendation! Thanks for a job very well done.

Met with Alan to review my bathroom renovation. In addition to being on time and friendly, he was thoroughly knowledgeable about all aspects of my project. He asked several questions regarding facets I hadn't considered. He was able to translate my vision accurately onto paper- specifically a 3-D rendering. He pointed out all the needed changes to become code compliant. I really appreciated his thorough assessment, he even climbed into the crawl space to better understand the current plumbing to better provide an accurate bid. I never felt rushed or pressured to make any decisions. It was a pleasure to work on the preliminary aspects and design with Alan. I highly recommend.

We used Ibuilder design and build for a custom kitchen remodel after getting quotes from several other contractors. Ibuilder design and build was the only business who saw our kitchen, listened to what we wanted, and had a solution in mind when the other guys simply shrugged. Our new kitchen is our dream come true. Alan from Ibuilder was punctual, friendly, clear, and did really great work. Also, we had a baby between the times when they took their measurements and did the actual install. We're very impressed with these guys and will be turning to them for more help when we are ready to tackle our future projects!

Overall we are happy. The end results looks great!! I'll start with Ibuilder design and build was overall fairly easy to work with. We ended up not going over budget and had a few "change orders" that were discussed and then dismissed after some discussion miraculously ending with out any added charges. We stayed on budget, the crew were so friendly and always cleaned after themselves, Good Customer Service and Good final product. Highly recommended!
