Sam took me to work sites, and had me meeting designer Shon, on phone with his manager, Idan. The team works very well together. I like that. Sometimes, Joey don't reply my text right away, I understand that everybody is busy, and I don't immediately reply everything either, and on issues gating the progress, Sam is very responsive. “We have been working with Sami, Shon and Tom for over 2 years in around the Bay Area. As an architectural design professional, I really enjoy completing projects after projects with them. They are easy to work with, very responsive, honest, and they care about the home owners' budget, time and expectations. Construction is always a heavy task. But Sami and his team make it easier for everyone, including me as a designer. Their team keeps the progress updated and provides all the roles enough information in time for decision making. They do have the experience to deliver a quality service. And from the design point of view, Sami is experienced and can provide really good solutions and material suggestions. In a project, his fast feedback allowed us to change the operable skylights to a better size to save some money for the client. “My wife and I used Phoenix Contractors for a total gut job remodel of a 2000 square foot home. Scott Sullivan and his crew did excellent work. They were pleasant, hardworking, conscientious and detail oriented. His sub contractors did an excellent job. The parts of the job they could control were all done on time. Scott was on the job site most days supervising (and working) and he had great instincts about when we needed to be consulted. He was also excellent at working with the interior designer we used on the project. There were a very few, very minor things that had to be corrected once the job was done and the team from Phoenix Construction did a great job of taking care of these issues quickly and easily. Likewise, we had a couple of minor warranty issues months after the job was done and getting some one from Phoenix to deal with these issues was easy and the work was done quickly. Also, on one instance we had a problem months after the warranty period was up. I checked with Scott and he offered to see what had caused the problem. and then do the repair for time+materials. He ended up charging nothing because the problem could have been prevented had the original work been done different. A final thing I would add is that many contractors I have dealt with through the years prefer working with men. That was never the case with Scott and his crews. They treated both my wife and the interior designer we hired very respectfully.”

“We love our new bathroom! It turned out exactly as we had hoped and planned, and we wouldn't change a thing. All thanks go to Blues Brothers Construction, and especially to Onn. We've done several remodels and this was the most fun and satisfying. Like the other remodels, there were problems and mistakes to be dealt with along the way. The difference with this company is how they handled the issues. In every case, they listened to our concerns without defensiveness and insisted on doing it correctly without shortcuts. Several times, I indicated I would be satisfied with a less expensive workaround, but Onn assigned someone immediately to do it right or even worked the issue himself. This often resulted in something better than we had originally envisioned. The employees and independent contractors were all very pleasant to work with. The tile installer was especially skilled at his craft and went above and beyond in making sure the tile went in perfectly. In a few cases, the installers were not very familiar with the products they were installing, but they were very receptive to our suggestions or pointing out where something was going off track, so everything turned out great in the end. Onn has set up very effective processes for his company. Communication was excellent and the employees and contractors were all aware of the schedule, daily tasks and routines, and the design plan. All the employees were very engaged and seemed to like and respect their employer. Onn's plans were very detailed and made it very easy to iterate on the design and track the construction progress. The professionalism of their process was similar to much larger, more expensive firms but, instead of resulting in increased costs like the others, we think it improved their efficiency and held down costs. As they stated, They are not the cheapest or most expensive contractor, and we found that to be true. The quote was very fair but what set them apart is that the estimate didn't change at all through the design process except for some very small additions that we clearly added. And the same price and schedule held through the entire project, again except for a few small changes we requested. Onn suggested several design tweaks that all improved the final product but all were no cost items and or very minor charges where they clearly needed to order more expensive materials. This was a vastly different experience from other contractors who promised a range of cost but grossly inflated the price after detailing the design even though nothing changed. All in all, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Blues Brothers Construction for any home remodel and will gladly go to them again for our future needs.”

“First they came and give us an estimate that we really liked, we signed the contract to do the kitchen floors. Before they started the job I ask them to give me a price for the complete kitchen remodeling. again we liked the price and we signed the contract (BTW they helped us with financing the job). during the process we found out the electrical wiring needs to be replaced mike gave us very good price on that so we let them do it. they also gave us 3D design rendering that was great, we actually could see how the kitchen will look like.. Roy Mike and the team where very helpful they answered all of our concerns and even when we change things around they where very understanding and helped us to make our dream come true. we where very impressed when all city inspection pass at the first time. we love how our kitchen came out, it looks amazing like it came out of a catalog, its like living in a mention. we will use Baron construction again to do our roof in the in the near future. they did exactly what they promise and above. we are extremely happy that we choose Baron construction and remodeling to do our kitchen.”
