We were really impressed with how we were able to share our ideas and troubleshoot with the plans of our kitchen remodel. Erica was able to listen to our idea and show us a kitchen floor plan that we were not able to figure out by ourselves. She helped us come up with a plan that incorporated all of our dreams for the perfect kitchen.
She was able to give us examples of products and appliances as well as ideas of where to look for all the different elements needed to build our dream kitchen.
She was very professional and organized. She was here on the job to help with the day to day project issues when necessary and ready and available to figure out problems if they arose.

“What Audacia did for my house was nothing less than spectacular. They completely redesigned our yard to a lovable space and had the insight to recommend an addition to the house at the same time that saved me thousands later on.
The product was beautiful but the true value came when they found something to be wrong in the implementation that could not have been foreseen or managed. They did everything to fix it immediately and at their own expense. I know that the effort they make to find the best value and pricing was better than I was able to get through my sources and those savings are transparent.

“Our designer, Alexandre, was very patient with us. We were turning 2 bathrooms and a bedroom into two larger and nicer bathrooms. It took us 8 months and MANY iterations to agree on the design. We never felt pressured to accept a design. Alexandre was tactful, however, if he thought an idea of ours would not work well - he kept us from making mistakes. His partner, Jean-François, acted as foreman, making sure everything was working well "in the field". At the beginning if the 10-week job they gave us a day-by-day schedule, colour-coded, indicating which tradesman would be working on which day, and they rarely deviated from this plan. Amazingly, all of these tradesmen were happy people, happy to work for Pop Design because they felt respected by Alexandre and Jean-François. The final product was beautiful! We couldn't be happier with their creativity, integrity, and organization. These are people who love what they do, are proud of a job well done, and are not out to make a buck by cutting corners.”

We entrusted him with analyzing the existent problems with moisture in our bathrooms and he corrected these issues above and beyond our expectations! The result is beautiful, the work is meticulous, the team was extremely reliable and all was completed in a timely and clean manner! Ivan even uses high technology imaging to prove the dissapearance of moisture after his work is completed. We plan on remodelling our kitchen in the very near future and will hire Ivan in a heartbeat!”
