“I have used Stone Heat for the past 4 years to completely refurbish a house including fitting of 2 bespoke bathrooms, repainting of walls and ceilings and consecutive maintenance. They have also helped me to fit wooden flooring in another house plus erect a fence. The quality of their work is always impeccable and the always arrive early, clean after themselves and e-mail you regular photo updates of the work progress and completion. So there is no need to be on site at all. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.”

“We were having a significant amount of extension work carried out by a local professional project management company. A new kitchen was a major part of this project. The project management company directed us towards their usual fitter - an established company we were aware of. We saw this company and described a feature we wanted. We were told by them that there was no space for this feature. We were supplied with one black and white plan of what we were told could be done. We got the impression that no effort was being put in and the company assumed they already had our business and we were an inconvenience. We then looked around and found Arc+be. From the beginning it was a totally different experience. Jide is so enthusiastic about his work. He began by saying not only was there room for the feature we wanted but he could make it bigger if so desired. He was friendly and appeared as excited about our new kitchen as we were. He spent time with us finding out our likes and dislikes and what use was to be made of the kitchen - a lot of our cooking is not traditional western style, though much is. Jide came up with three suggested plans for us, not only showing the proposed layouts but, for each one, providing a colour, computer generated image of what it would look like. He talked through all the options with us and different finishes etc.. We had no hesitation in placing our order with this company. We were provided with a full cost breakdown, copy of the plan and image of the fitted product together with pictures of the white goods, cupboards, finishes (down to the draw handles) we had chosen. The whole extension was a stressful time but having the kitchen fitted was a pleasure. We were kept informed at all stages, work was done when we were told it would be done and when there was a glitch we were brought solutions not excuses. (e.g. the American style fridge freezer we had selected was not available, Jide told us this and offered us a better one, at the same price to us, that he had already ensured was available). Throughout the build, and after it had been completed, we felt that this project was as important to Arc+be as it was to us. Everyone we dealt with - the planner, the fitter, the tile fitter - came across as true professionals who took a pride in their work and enjoyed what they were doing and we're not just doing a job. They are craftsmen (and women). I am not in the habit of making recommendations but I have already recommended this company to a number of people. I would say to anyone thinking of a new kitchen, talk to this company and compare them to others. I feel sure they will come out on top.”

“Met Qures at an ideal home show and their stand was different to the normal bathroom companies, they seemed to have different styles of tiles and an eye for including all the latest technology. We had two bathrooms designed and fitted by Peter and his team and we were amazed by the care and quality controls they implemented including the clean up every night. I would have no hesitation in recommending Qures to friends as i already have done and suggest that if you are looking to have bathrooms redesigned and want something special give them a call”

“Gavin and the Brown Pear team have just completed the fitting of a full height wall to wall array of wardrobes in our main bedroom. The standard of completed workmanship is excellent. All aspects of the project have been planned and carried out with a high degree of professionalism, the work has been completed on time in a very tidy and thoughtful manner. Most importantly communication throughout the project has been excellent, Gavin is most approachable and a pleasure to work with. The Brown Pear team offer a full suite of back up services such as fully certified electrical skills and plastering so there is no waiting for other companies to arrive and complete ancillary work.”

“I must say the service from Phil and his team was excellent. We had quotes from Wickes and Howdens which were roughly 20% more expensive than MLS. I was a little dubious at first about going with an independent kitchen supplier but after reading various reviews and meeting Phil and the owner Mike at the showroom all those worries were put to bed. We opted for the white gloss door with the integrated handle without any pelmets with an Island sink and taps. We needed an internal wall moving to open up the utility room. This is where Richard the builder/fitter comes in who came to survey the job along with Phil who were both very informative as to what needed to be done and the timescales associated with the building/installation works. I was then given a delivery and installation date and the kitchen and appliances were delivered on time. Richard and Mick arrived the next day to remove the wall and install the appropriate steel RSJ, and reboard the ceiling ready for the new spotlights. The next day began with Rob the electrician attending to put first fix electrics in followed by the installation of the kitchen units. We did have a problem as two doors were damaged but a quick call by Richard to base and replacements arrived the next day. The units were all installed after day 3 and someone from the granite company attended to template our kitchen. I was told it would take 7 days for the granite to be turned around but the granite was actually installed 4 days after the survey. Richard and Mick returned a couple of days later to finish our lovely kitchen. Richard even demonstrated how to use the lovely Neff coffee machine. I will be recommending MLS to family and friends. Thanks MLS !”

Brilliant design, great ideas and knowledge, first class fitting, lots of on-site presence from their management and design team, and they worked alongside our architect and builder brilliantly. They delivered exactly what they said they would, on time and within budget. Perhaps most impressive was (is) their after-care.
