We purchased our kitchen through Arlington in September 2023. Hayley, the designer, was amazing. Suggested things we hadn’t thought of and nothing was too much trouble. The end result is amazing, top quality and everyone who comes rounds compliments our kitchen. The kitchen was fitted on the date booked with no delays and no problems. Very easy and hassle free. If we ever move house again we will , without doubt, go back to Hayley.

Such a lovely company. From the moment we walked into the showroom in Farsley we had a great feeling about Arlington Interiors and Hayley has been a fantastic support throughout the process. The products are top quality but Arlington will happily work with your budget and be honest throughout. Happy to rework designs to fit our budget and tweak things along the way, giving us time to make the right decisions but also being on hand to answer any questions and provide the information we needed to pick the right kitchen for us. Fitting process was also spot on. Would highly recommend Arlington to anyone who is looking for a new kitchen.

We recently used Arlington Interiors for a new kitchen and utility, our house is a Victorian style property, but we didn’t want anything obvious to match the era of the house. We met with Ben and instantly clicked, he totally understood what we were looking for and agreed we needed something modern. Ben presented a few well thought out options and we went for an upgraded version; he even got us some bespoke cupboard doors made. The Arlington team arrived ahead of schedule after our builder had finished his jobs and a few weeks later we got the kitchen of our dreams. I can’t recommend Arlington and Ben enough. Professional service throughout, nothing was too much trouble. A bit of snagging was required afterwards but his aftercare was top notch! Thanks again Arlington for your excellent service and amazing kitchen, we love all the gadgets and hidden functions. Hopefully it will last a lifetime as I would not change anything. Premier service from start to aftercare. We eventually decided to place our order with Arlington for a new kitchen after extensive searching. The quality of product, competitive pricing and , more importantly the patient care Nick Tindall took in exploring the design and explaining the pros and cons of each, were the deciding factors. And how pleased we were with that decision. The co-ordination with the builders, precise delivery and installation dates and how each item met our requirements. We loved our bright and highly functional kitchen from the outset. Inevitably we found after a few weeks, we had missed some small items out from our original spec, but Arlington were never too busy to give us personal attention and get us sorted out. Fingers crossed we will never have to have another kitchen. If we did there will only be the choice of Arlington.

The whole team at Arlington Interiors were friendly, professional, super supportive and helpful throughout the whole design and delivery phases. We undertook an extension where a new kitchen was required. It was difficult for us to really get our heads round the space during the planning and build, however Richard took our plans for the extension and worked with these coming up with multiple designs. This process was very relaxed but professional. We spoke with other companies, but Arlington were the ones that were listening to us and getting it right for us. Once we had settled on the design, Richard kept checking in with us during the build of the extension to make sure the plans didn’t need to change. Delivery of the kitchen was simple and easy. The whole team worked around us and our timelines even when these were a big stretch to get us set up for Christmas. A great local business, with great service and products with an excellent passionate team.

We had our kitchen fitted by Arlington about 6 years ago and I can honestly say it still gives me a bit of a buzz walking into every day. Everyone admires it, and we have told everyone where we got it from, passing on our recommendations to those who especially wanted a new kitchen. The high end finish and the designer look was far far better than anything we saw at some of the chain showrooms and surprisingly for not much more! Anyway…..We had a slight problem with a fridge door and we phoned just for advice. After a few emails on where to get parts etc, Richard kindly offered to come out to help fix the problem. We had excellent customer service back when we had it fitted but this is amazing customer service given that it’s been about 6 years!! Thanks to all the team at Arlington.

Arlington are a pleasure to work with. They listened to what we wanted and designed our kitchen accordingly. The result is a kitchen that really works, is great quality and looks fabulous. Very professional, great communication, patient when we made adjustments, we would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

We decided to replace the aging kitchen in our house which is part of a converted church which retains the archways and nooks and crannies of the original structure. This was not a straightforward undertaking as we wanted a modern kitchen which also included a part that we wanted to remain traditional to fit in with the church look. In order to accommodate these conflicting requirements we appointed Arlington to remove the existing kitchen and tiled flooring and install the modern element of the kitchen units and equipment with another company supplying the the traditional hand built element separately. The project had its moments! Usual niggles and problems that you will get with a project of this nature. Throughout the design and installation all of the Arlington team and Martin who was subcontracted to do all of the installation work were helpful, responsive, solutions oriented and focussed on giving us the best results possible. My watch outs would be to make sure that you really understand what is included/excluded in the contract and costs. It is easy to make assumptions which can come back to bite you. Check the project plan and ensure there is a clear understanding on both sides of what has been agreed. We are very pleased with the results and are now enjoying the additional space and modern convenience of our new kitchen which due to the layout designed by Richard makes cooking a real pleasure. We'd been you other kitchen places over the course of around 5 years and nobody seemed to understand what we wanted. Hayley at Arlington designed us a new kitchen with great features and a great eye for design adding small but crucial details to give us the high end look. She listened to our brief and added details we'd never thought of that made a big difference, including a shelf tucked away for our dog! Hayley was on hand during the build, keep us up to date with progress and quick to iron out any issues. Thanks Hayley!

Would very highly recommend using this company to design your kitchen. The standard of kitchen is superb, I am absolutely delighted with the finished product, the quality and how it all looks. I worked with Hayley on my design, and the design service I received was really excellent. No question was too small, and Hayley was always really open and welcome to visits to chat through options. Having a designers eye to challenge what may or not work and suggest things I hadn't even considered was such a massive help too as there are so many decisions to make!! Such a focus on customer service is so welcome with such a big and expensive job! Hayley was also great in thinking through how the kitchen would be used to test whether design options worked practically or not. So not all about aesthetics as I experienced with some other companies. This gave a real level of assurance that I would be able to use the kitchen properly. So overall a great service, and a great product!

This is the 3rd Kitchen we've had from Ben and his team. Fantastic service from design to completion, Ben and his colleagues were always available with knowledgeable and practical advice - just visit the showroom its fantastic. The end result is a stunning German quality kitchen, I genuinely believe the build quality, the attention to detail in the factory making sure everything bespoke to the kitchen is assembled would beat any UK manufacturer. When I have another project I will definitely be going to Arlington Interiors.

Arlington Interiors have been excellent. We had been considering buying a new kitchen for some time before approaching them and what we liked the most was their relaxed approach, no pushy sales pitches, just good sensible advice from the outset. From design through to fitting of the kitchen there was support and help whenever we needed it, Richard Bates in particular was very supportive and helpful, often going out of his way to offer design ideas and solutions that weren’t initially obvious. Richard made himself available to the fitters when needed to offer help and advice and has been available post fitting if we have any questions. Overall I would highly recommend them if you are considering a new kitchen.

We purchased a Kuhlmann kitchen and NEFF appliances from Arlington Interiors as part of a major house renovation project. We are very pleased with the design of the kitchen and with quality of the units and appliances supplied. Arlington Interiors provided a consistently high standard of customer service from the initial consultation through to installation. Timing delivery to meet the builders’ schedule was particularly important in a project lasting several months. We would be happy to recommend Arlington Interiors to anyone planning a similar project.

Arlington Interiors helped design and subsequently supplied our full new kitchen. Ben was fantastic from the beginning to end, making sure we knew the benefits (or pitfalls) of any ideas, appliances and designs, before providing a CAD design to really bring the conversations to life before we started our extension work. Ben and Richard both visited our home mid-build to double check the progress and ensure that any tweaks that may be required were noted and taken care of. The final product looks great, works great and has really made a big difference to our home life. I could not recommend them enough!

As part of our house extension, we dreamed of creating an open plan kitchen, dining and sun room space overlooking our garden. I visited many kitchen showrooms and following a recommendation went to Arlington’s. As soon as I met Richard I knew he was the professional customer focused designer that would deliver something special. No hard sell just a fantastic professional service from Richard, Nick and Hayley from the beginning to the end and post installation too! My beautiful kitchen has transformed our home into a space which is quite luxurious! I absolutely love it and so many friends and family members have commented on how stylish and calming the kitchen is. Nothing was too much trouble for Richard who went through many design changes with me to make sure the design met my practical needs and aspirations. There were no long waits for my calls to be returned everything was dealt with so promptly and with such personal care. His ideas and knowledge were invaluable in creating my dream kitchen and every small detail of the design was just perfect, practical and visually gorgeous. He also kept within my budget, actually under budget and I know Arlington prices are very competitive! The show room in Farsley is a calm, beautiful space demonstrating many examples of innovative kitchen designs, choice and high-quality products. It was a joy to visit. I cannot recommend Richard, Nick and Hayley highly enough; you will not be disappointed. I received a first-class service, and it was a wonderful experience. I felt a very valued client during every step of the journey. Needless to say, I am ecstatic about what has been created for my home by such a lovely, sensitive and friendly team of professionals. We tried a few other companies to help us with our Kitchen design but Arlington interiors were recommended to us by a friend and after working with Ben it was clear to see why. We were wanting to strip out an old tired Kitchen and replace it with something new, the other kitchen companies offered a very traditional solution and that did not really suit our needs. Ben listened carefully to what we wanted (other companies were keen to sell us something they liked) but Ben used his experience and knowledge to design a kitchen for us that we loved. The showroom is full of so many different ideas and concepts it was easy to visualise Bens design. Nothing was too much trouble for Ben and the team at Arlington if we had a query or wanted to tweak the design they were all too happy to help us. Unfortunately it took a while to find a fitter to do the install but Ben supported throughout and the end result was worth the wait. Scott and Oldfield Joinery did a fantastic job installing everything with care and we are blown away by the transformation and love our new kitchen. If you are looking for help in interior design I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Ben and the team at Arlington who were professional, supportive and very friendly throughout the whole process, and the support continued even after the kitchen fit was completed, for example we were short a few shelf supports and one of the doors had a manufacturers blemish and Ben is arranging for replacements. We were won over with the kitchen as soon as we saw it in the stunning showroom, however it is the level of customer service from Arlington Interiors that has blown us away. Ben has been on hand throughout the design and fitting process including site visits at key stages. Whilst fitting the kitchen we did have a problem with one of the doors, miraculously within minutes of discovering the issue Nick turned up to deliver a different part, put our minds at ease, explained the problem and Ben immediately rectified it without the need for any further discussion. I dropped in to Arlington Interiors without any expectation - I had visited MANY kitchen show rooms. However - it was a totally different experience. Firstly the kitchens are pretty special. Secondly when I spoke to Hayley - I felt like I was talking about ideas and thoughts with someone who knew what they were talking about - NOT with someone who needed a sale! The design of the kitchen was fantastic (and when it turned out I had champagne tastes & a Prosecco budget - Hayley tweaked the design and frankly it was even better!!) Richard the fitter is a perfectionist - which is exactly what you want. Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience from service, fitting and the actual kitchen!

We love our new kitchen-diner which has transformed our living space into a brilliant place to hang-out in. The quality of the kitchen units and the appliances are great and we’re delighted with our sink and hot water tap . Ben from Arlington was very knowledgeable and laboured with us, offering advice and ideas, to help us eventually settle on the design. It’s fair to say I’ve dithered over the 5-star review as the project didn’t get off to the best start when the wrong colour units and doors arrived. However Ben quickly recognised the ordering error and immediately set to work to rectify this. In the end it was Ben’s speedy response and the final look that helped us settle for the 5-stars. The building team who worked with Arlington on our project, headed by Nick W, we’re all amazing, and a huge and respectful thanks to them too.

Fantastic professional service from beginning to end and beyond including post installation / after care. Very friendly and approachable team, Ben listened to what we wanted and most certainly delivered! We changed our mind a few times before our final decision with the design and product choice and we were never made to feel that this was a problem, nothing was ever too much trouble. Friends and family are gobsmacked when they see our kitchen, as it is different from the norm and fits our needs perfectly, it oozes quality and Richard the fitter did a more than professional job. Would definitely not hesitate to recommend!

They did 2 kitchens for us and both very successful. The 1st kitchen sold our old house in 1st viewing. The seller purchased all appliances with it too. The 2nd kitchen has been completed just after 1st lockdown this year. Very specific and unique design withing old barn settings. There were no straight corners and beams everywhere and Ben managed to measure and complete the 3D design for it. Colossal attention to detail....something like dishwasher opens and there are draws to put all cutlery and plates there, so no time wasted there. We have also been advised to install professional self-washing coffee machine...and that is just the best coffee ever.

We recently bought our new kitchen through Arlington Interiors & cannot recommend them highly enough. Ben could not have been more efficient in getting back to us, dealing with any queries and organising everything. His design input was great and he definitely steered us in the right direction in terms of the right products/appliances to buy to suit our needs & budget. Richards input on the installation side of things was invaluable and he was always contactable & happy to help out. We definitely bought one of the more budget end kitchens available from Arlington but the quality of the units, cupboards, drawers etc is still fantastic; much better quality than a very well known company who we considered going with for not a lot of extra cost! We were so impressed with our first experience of Arlington's, so, when we decided to do a new apartment, we had no hesitation in returning to Ben to bespoke- design our new area. Once again, we are not disappointed! Indeed, the 'new' showroom they have since moved to in Farsley was a joy in itself. From the start, Ben was attentive to our requirements and budget, making site visits and focussing on the best use of space...the attention to detail was superb and, at the review stage, nothing was too much trouble, in terms of making amendments to the design. The whole team were friendly, as I often wandered the showroom, whilst deciding on a colour scheme and we were able to borrow panels, in order to make the right decisions on units in situ. Bearing in mind this was at a time when they were also busy working on renovating some displays in the showroom, they remained friendly and helpful at all times.

We used Arlington to design and install our kitchen in April 2019. Richard created a really great design for the space we had through various different consultations. He really took into consideration all of the requirements we had and advised what would and wouldn't work within the space. Richard also helped us with the choice of materials and colours to create an overall scheme which was very helpful as there is so much choice and this can become a bit overwhelming. There was a few hiccups and delays with the installation and the supply of materials but the team reassured us and made sure that everything was finished off to a high standard.

We are over the moon with our new kitchen. We have received so many wonderful compliments from friend and family and it has transformed our living space. Hayley and Richard the fitter have been amazing to work with. Arlington Interiors is a fantastic company work with. We went to them as our builder was using them for his kitchen and we weren't disappointed! The showroom is a delight, with a number of innovative design options on show as well as a wide range of kitchens to view and have a "play" in. Hayley was our designer and she completely got what we wanted to do and added to it. We are absolutely delighted with the results and would certainly recommend Arlington Interiors.

From start to finish Ben and the team were a pleasure to work with and their advice and experience were invaluable throughout the planning and installation phase. Highly recommended. Our kitchen was approaching 20 years old and beginning to look tired. We chose Arlington Interiors to help us come up with a design that would make the best use of the space, and be light, airy and modern. From our first visit to the showroom they made us feel welcome and obviously knew their stuff; happy to answer any questions with no pressure. Our first appointment with a designer was fantastic. There are so many things to decide with a project like this and Arlington Interiors had loads of good ideas and weren't afraid to tell us when our own ideas could be improved (or were just plain wrong). After a couple of hours, they had enough for the brief and came back to us with a range of options. The kitchen fitter that they provided to do the work was superb - all of the units were installed in a couple of days, ready for the worktops to be measured and ordered - the entire job was complete in just over a week and we couldn't be happier.

When choosing the kitchen we had the opportunity to visit lots of companies; I first met Hayley 2 years before we started work on the project and she had an instant impression on me. I cannot praise this company enough the quality of the kitchen units and appliances is of excellent quality and everything was managed by them in a very professional and efficient way. The standard of workmanship and attention to detail was seconded to none nothing was too much trouble they thought of everything. Arlington Interiors was the first place I visited looking for a new kitchen. I walked in and was completely bowled over by what was on display. The designs, the quality, the unusual and exciting gadgets available all to make your kitchen work just that bit better. However, do not do what I did next. I walked out. I had been approached politely and asked if I needed help, which I declined. I left thinking these kitchens were so out of my price range they were 'designer' and 'expensive'. Anyway, having visited several other run of the mill kitchen suppliers, my husband was exasperated with me saying they were all just 'ok' and that I could not get excited by any of them. We did get a quote but my husband said he wasn't going to pay it if I could not get any enthusiasm for it. The designs and colours were nothing to write home about and as for the quality, there was no comparison. So I took my husband to see what I meant by wanting something a bit different. He like me, was bowled over by the kitchens on display and taken with one kitchen in particular. So we decided to ask how far from the 'ordinary' kitchen quote could we realistically get? Richard listened and came up with an some amazing ideas. We had a presentation, and really liked the way in which we were treated. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was explained in great detail, showing us features from the presentation from what was on display in the showroom. Surprisingly the kitchen included bigger and much better quality appliances than what had been in the other quote. It also included some exciting and different features that I hadn't seen anywhere else. Most of all though we were surprised by the cost. Yes it was a little more expensive but not by much, not considering we now have the most amazing designer kitchen that looks 10 times better and much more expensive. Also we could have cut the cost had we gone for a different work top, so much of the higher cost was of our own doing. It has also been greeted with a wow! by everyone who has seen it. So much so that a few people have been to Arlington to have a look with the intent to buy a new kitchen themselves. We never felt badgered into buying anything. At all times Richard, (I'm sure Patience is Richards middle name!) Nic, Ben and Hailey were friendly, polite and very very professional. They go that extra mile for their customers. We also felt they really wanted to help us find exactly what we wanted, and would move and jiggle things around until we were happy, something which we did not find anywhere else. Both my husband and myself are delighted with our kitchen and get a buzz every time we use it. It is a fantastic room in the house not just somewhere to cook and feed the family. I highly recommend Arlington Interiors, go have a look and ask for a quote.

This is a 16-months-on review of our kitchen project by Arlington. Not to keep you in suspense, we still spontaneously say "I love this kitchen!" two or three times a week. The old kitchen was the last room we got round to updating, 16 years after moving into our 1890's terrace. It had been state-of-the-art when it was done in the 1990's but badly needed modernising. Things we hated: the hard to clean artexed walls, tiles and flooring, the unusable space in the corners, the terrible lighting and shortage of sockets, the gaps round appliances. We put off doing anything, because, although it's a small kitchen, it was clearly going to be a big job. But we cook, (a lot!) and it was getting us down. We looked for someone who could deliver a kitchen we'd enjoy working in and could manage the building works that we were fairly sure would be needed. We didn't want someone who would focus on the units and appliances but couldn't get the layout right. One prospective provider ticked all the wrong boxes: expensive units, hopeless layout including still unusable corner spaces. And they forgot space for the washing machine. And there was just vague hand-waving about the building works. Richard from Arlington was a breath of fresh air. He listened, came up with practical suggestions and helped us clarify what we wanted, including gently pushing back when he thought we were wrong. Arlington sourced some excellent contractors for the building work, project managed everything, didn't push us to buy top-of-the range everything and were flexible and fair when we made minor changes late in the day. Minor snags were sorted quickly, including Arlington insisting on replacing some doors with imperfections so minor we hadn't even noticed them. We've loved using the finished kitchen for the last 16 months, during which there have been absolutely zero issues. The best bits: One piece work surface that's easy to keep clean, clever corner units that give us back formerly useless storage space, really practical, well-lit working space, (Richard's design of) a neat counter that combines storage, shelves for recipe books and room to eat.

I was recommended Arlington Interiors by friends and I was not disappointed. Professional and personal service without any pushy sales. They are creative, innovative and it shows they love what they do. There customer service is magic and nothing seemed too much. Really friendly, trustworthy and helpful. Hayley's planning of our kitchen space showed great imagination and vision. The whole process from the first showroom visit to the resulting beautiful kitchen was a pleasure. We had our country style kitchen totally redisgned by Arlington and wow- what a phenomenal job they did. Our friends are totally gob smacked when they see it. They were great in understanding our views, drew several plans, had a fantastic and largest range of styles, appliance , and other ideas on display to look at. There after sales service has been great and come out to service the kitchen on the only occasion 1.5 years. After fitting when we had a small problem. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Brilliant company: We had a kitchen fitted by Arlington in 2003 they did a fantastic job and we still receive compliments about the kitchen, visitors are surprised that it has not been fitted recently. Unfortunately we had an accident with a cupboard door which was damaged by a toaster. We contacted Arlington and despite the fact that the doors are no longer made, they arranged to have the door spray painted in exactly the same colour. The door is a perfect match to the rest of the kitchen. The company were extremely helpful and we found the level of customer service excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Arlington to anyone planning to have a new kitchen fitted.

I love my kitchen so much, it's a dream to use! The results are more amazing than I could ever have imagined. I was given a couple of options for layout and design, which helped me visualise the end results. Really professional service, from start to finish.

We chose Arlington Interiors because a friend recommended them and it was one of the best pieces of advice I've taken. The kitchens on offer were of the highest quality and we absolutely love the one we went for. The service we received was second to none! As with any major project sometimes things go wrong and when we informed them that a handle was missing they were on it like a shot and we had one sent to us the next day. We live quite far away on the south coast, but it felt like they were holding your hand throughout the project. I can highly recommend Arlington Interiors. We have a very small kitchen and had very little storage space. It was excellently designed and gave us lots more room for storage. Arlington were on hand at every step of the installation ensuring that it all went smoothly. We are very happy with the result.

We hired Arlington interiors to design our kitchen which was a small space (or so it seemed)! Ben came to our home and we discussed what our ideas were and he also gave us some ideas. He came back to us with a design which completely transformed our kitchen space. It looks so much bigger. The whole service from design to delivery was excellent. We love our kitchen and we get so many comments on it. We are thinking of moving home soon and we are definitely getting Arlington back to design and provide our kitchen. Arlington Interiors (via Nick Tindall) provided a comprehensive service covering both the kitchen design and installation. They took account of our requirements, preferences and ideas and accommodated them fully into the final design. We were regularly consulted about different aspects of the design as it evolved. The final design was excellent and the pricing competitive. The kitchen unit installation was carried out by Bill Sherwood and Andy Wathall who were resourceful in tackling unforeseen difficulties and meticulous in all aspects of their work. The quality of their work is of the highest standard. There were very few snags, all of a minor nature, and these were all resolved promptly. The templating and installation of the Corian went very smoothly and entirely to our satisfaction. The few minor snags were again resolved promptly. The follow-up by Arlington Interiors was first class, particularly in relation to resolving the issue with our microwave/oven/grill combi unit. Overall, this was an excellent job carried out by true professionals.

We have utilised the services of Arlington on a couple of our development projects. And always found them to be professional, courteous and innovative.
