From a completely unfinished open floor plan, he created a work-out room, craft room, photo studio, storage area, shop, playroom and a wonderful family room for entertaining. “Dave Callas is the owner of the company and was great to work with from day one. HV Renovations was recommended by my mortgage broker. We were buying a new home and wanted to put in a new kitchen, remove some walls and relocate a sliding glass door and a couple windows. We financed the project through a renovation loan with Wells Fargo and we were at the 11th hour in terms of getting our plans to Wells and we just weren't happy with the pricing and relationship we had with the contractor we had been working with. “The 1st project was completed was a kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen was laid out beautifully that we could not have been more pleased, a wall was opened to a mud room for a breakfast area with a cathedral ceiling. The 1st floor bathroom was not that large however every inch was utilized with giving the feeling that it was much larger. We were so happy with the designs and the work we contracted them to do a investment property next door that was in need of a absolute overall. This project was to gut and redo a dated ranch right down to the studs changing the layout for a more fresher look. We needed 2 bathrooms, a laundry room upstairs to avoid going in the basement, a breakfast area, dining room, and three bedrooms. Denise helped not only with the design but also in choosing products and colors with a beautiful outcome. The house turned out so perfect that we ended up moving there ourselves,”

We are very satisfied with the result, and the way he went about the work.
