“I rate them 5 stars because they were courteous and helpful regarding (1) addressing the issue of remaking a bathroom for handicap access and usage, with the contractor understanding from first hand experience being in a wheel chair the necessary details; and (2) doing a rush job for us in lieu of my mother's imminent release from the hospital and our need for the bathroom to be done. When my mom was release, it was a HUGE relief to have that bathroom ready.”

“We found Concept last year and they met with us and provided great 3D drawings and a complete schedule with costs for our 300 sq ft addittion off of our master bedroom. Started late June and now everythong is finally complete and signed off. After months of hard work and patience our home is finally back and beautuful! the addition has opened up so much for us and our is huge now! We cant say enough great and wonderful things about this team! When your dropping almost 6 figures down for a home remodel hire only the best. We got a great deal.”

“My parents recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary and I wanted to have their master bathroom renovated as an anniversary present. Genesis Pro Builders sat down with me and listened to all of the ideas I had for their room and managed to work almost all of it into the designs. When my parents saw the finished product, they were both speechless. It looked amazing. They laid new floors, painted the walls, and installed new countertops as well as cabinets and light fixtures. I really appreciate the work this company did and how special they made my parents’ anniversary.”

“Wendy Wilson did the design of my major home remodel that included the removal of a load-bearing wall, a room addition, and extensive remodeling of existing spaces. She listened to my ideas, added her design expertise, and developed the plans. She was a pleasure to work with, always focusing on what was important to me and what was consistent with the quality I was looking for. Her design ideas were fantastic for my project. She helped me interview contractors, and each one we talked to praised the completeness and quality of her drawings. She ushered the project through the design approval process with the city, so all I had to do was go pay for the building permits. She assisted me in the oversight of all phases of the construction. I'd hire her again in a minute, and highly recommend her services. I now truly love my home for the first time since we bought it in 1974.”

“Bianca was amazing! We hired her for a full gut / remodel of an outdated home and she delivered. She brought in amazing professionals (painters, cabinet people, etc), selected the most beautiful finishes for us to choose from and was communicative and available throughout the process. She was also respectful of our budget and cognizant of that throughout the process. We look forward to working with her again on future projects.”

Beginning with her extreme knowledge of space, placement, design and cost to the end result of installation and finish work. I will work with this firm in the future and highly recommend their services for advice and execution. Amy has a great temperament for working with high strung clients and laid back contractors. She was the voice of reason from start to finish on our job. Visit her lovely showroom and office on Ocean Ave in Santa Monica and one will immediately realize they are working with a design pro. “So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

“After consulting with the surrounding Bathrooms remodeling companies in the Burbank area, I could not be more pleased with the work that the staff at Absolute was able to achieve for our home. My husband and I can not believe we actually have such a beautiful bath now. the staff at Absolute was able to fulfill that dream of ours and prove that we chose the right company for the job! 5 stars++”

“I could not be happier with my kitchen remodel. I had a vision of what I wanted and South Bay Design Center delivered. Everyone was professional and friendly and the work was done on time and on budget. Loriann explained every step and there were no last minute unexpected (and unappreciated) surprises. A kitchen remodel is an expensive investment. I'm glad I went with South Bay Design Center and can honestly say that I am completely satisfied with their work and would not change one thing about my new kitchen.”
