“Oat design &build has completed a couple projects for my wife and I, including remodeling to our kitchen and bath. I’m not sure how they do it, but our projects were given a ton of attention and thought well before they began, exceeded our expectations as far as appearance and function. Changing soemthing mid project was not a problem, and again the patience and attention to detail was impressive. Our new go-to consultants and builders. A+ design! Trustworthy and fair... they came back to fix a problem.”

“Having worked with Allen Kitchen and Bath for a number of years, either preparing Drawings for their Brookfield and Madison Retail Stores, solving Construction Structural Problems or just reviewing Existing Conditions at various Customer Residences, I have enjoyed my association with Gary and Laree immensely and have never once heard one of their Customers ever complain about their contacts with Allen Kitchen and Bath. We found her to be professional, highly capable, very easy to work with, budget-minded, and terrific at getting all the various contractors on schedule. She was always open to our design suggestions and helped us arrive at our ultimate design. Julia's negotiation skills allowed us to get the Cambria quartz countertops we REALLY wanted, instead of our second choice, which saved us thousands of dollars. We've lived with this kitchen for two years now and we still absolutely love it. Julia Chady is our go-to interior design and remodeling expert. When we are thinking about a design project, it is Julia that we turn to for her expert help.”
