“I highly recommend this company. I had water damage in my basement so I looked for a local company to give me a price to repair it. Accurate contracting was 1 of the places I called. Ron and Ryan (and the rest of the crew - thank you all) were available and gave me a price. Theirs was not the lowest, nor the highest price, but I was impressed with their professionalism, respect for me and my home and courtesy. That professionalism, respect and courtesy was not a fluke with the bidding process. The team completed the job and I am more than happy with it, especially the communication that kept me up to date. When it's time to replace the flooring in the basement, I will be reaching out to them again.”

“We have called on Cornerstone Remodeling over the last 13 years to do many renovation projects for us in two different homes. They have ranged from two kitchen and two full bathroom remodels, hardwood, luxury vinyl flooring and carpet installation, fireplace refacing, painting, composite deck building, garage insulation and drywalling and full lower level finishing including bedroom, bath and family room. Ken and John Dachs are excellent craftsmen and very easy to work with. They make very good suggestions to solve unique challenges that have come up during the remodeling processes and were with us every step of the way during our various projects. We always felt very comfortable that things would be completed in excellent fashion at an economical cost. “We hired Reality Construction to finish about 1000 sq ft of our basement in Fall of 2016. Mike was absolutely true to his word in delivering on-time and on-budget. Both the timeframe and the budget he quoted us at our first meeting was what we paid. We couldn't be happier with our finished space, it truly completes our home. Mike and his team were easy to work with from start to finish. Mike checked in on the project almost daily and was incredibly responsive to our questions and concerns. He was able to take some of the ideas that we had and make them even better. The finishes the Reality team suggested and implemented were of the highest quality. Most of what we have in our lower level is nicer than what the builder put in upstairs! Reality gave us a beautiful, comfortable space that our family will enjoy for years to come.
