Paul has the rigor and experience of working with VERY HIGH END clients and brings that level of professionalism to every job he does. He has tiled our kitchen backsplash (even while we were out of town!) and remodeled our entire 1200 square foot basement. From a completely unfinished open floor plan, he created a work-out room, craft room, photo studio, storage area, shop, playroom and a wonderful family room for entertaining. Not only is he always on time, he stayed within our budget and was very sensitive to our family's need to live in the house while he was working. A project that might have taken other contractors MONTHS was completed within a few short weeks. My husband is an avid DIY'er - who OFTEN has difficulty when contractors do work in our home. “We decided to go to the Happ's showroom and look around for kitchen ideas. We met with Tom Clark and discussed our current kitchen and the problems it had and what we were hoping to accomplish in a new kitchen. He knew exactly what I wanted after I described it to him and started to map out my new kitchen. We decided on Happ's because it was a one-stop deal and we didn't have to worry about any price changes or additional costs after we signed the contract. His no surprise guarantee was music to my ears! We did negotiate a price we were both agreeable to. I was then told to look at cabinets, granite samples, tile and cabinet pulls and knobs and to pick out what I wanted. I felt like a kid in a candy store! “Our house is old (1877) and the cement basement floor was uneven. Robert solved the problem of unevenness without having to jack hammer the existing floor and pouring a new one. We are very satisfied with the result, and the way he went about the work. “The 1st project was completed was a kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen was laid out beautifully that we could not have been more pleased, a wall was opened to a mud room for a breakfast area with a cathedral ceiling. The 1st floor bathroom was not that large however every inch was utilized with giving the feeling that it was much larger. We were so happy with the designs and the work we contracted them to do a investment property next door that was in need of a absolute overall. This project was to gut and redo a dated ranch right down to the studs changing the layout for a more fresher look. We needed 2 bathrooms, a laundry room upstairs to avoid going in the basement, a breakfast area, dining room, and three bedrooms. Denise helped not only with the design but also in choosing products and colors with a beautiful outcome. The house turned out so perfect that we ended up moving there ourselves,”
