“We purchased a home to downsize to and it was a total remodel. We consulted with HR Construction and Design when we knew this was over our heads. I knew the layout I wanted and that work was completed but when Kyle seen me struggling with discussions he took me shopping for tile, cabinets, counter tops etc,.He explained differences in products and cost's which was so helpful, I was able to decide almost instantly. Our home was built in 1979 and when friends come over they always comment how it looks just like a brand new built home! My kitchen and bathrooms are posted on his website and we now have our forever home to settle into.”

“I have worked with Tana, owner of Altstadt Interiors, for over 15 years on both small projects (e.g., garage reorganization) and large projects (e.g., kitchen and bathroom remodels, house addition). I've had only A+ experiences. She is organized, respectful of budgets, timely, and supremely talented. She's able to bring different visions into a cohesive whole and so much more. Appreciating both her design aesthetic and pieces from her shop, a number of friends have also utilized Tana's skills and we all love to shop at Alstadt Interiors as well.”

“I own a sub-contractor and we work on all of Mike Tall's projects. He is definitely one of our favorite contractors to work for and all of my techs love working on his projects. He's professional and easy to work with but the most important thing to consider is that he spends time on all of this projects and he always makes himself available. So many contractors are hard to track down, Mike's not this way. He's very hands on which makes the projects go smoother and quicker. If I was doing a remodel on my own home Mike would be my first contractor of choice to work with.”

She did a phenomenal job with the design and with the selection, coordination and monitoring of the contractors selected for the various remodel jobs. We are extremely pleased with the results. “I started working with Nancy Finneson of DeMane Design, to remodel my master bathroom. To date, I’ve remodeled all four bathrooms in my home using her design services. She listened to my ideas and preferences and expanded on them to give me beautiful, updated rooms that are better than I could have imagined. Nancy designed a built in cabinet for my master bath that gave me storage I never thought possible, in addition to upgrading its entire look. In one of my guest baths her use of tile and glass accent tile made a simple bathroom into something elegant. Nancy was tireless in her search to help me find just the right paint color, cabinets, tile and lights which all came together beautifully. I love my new bathrooms and couldn't have done it without her!”

“Topham Home Renovations has done two remodel projects for us at our Holly home south of Seabeck WA. In 2020 Craig and his crew remodeled our kitchen. They took it down to the studs , moved wallls and doorway, all new cabinetry and tile on walls, replaced flooring throughout the kitchen, dining and living rooms.. In 2022 they remodeled our master bath, taking it down to the studs and building a bigger shower, with glass enclosure , heated floors, tile on walls and floor and put new flooring in the master bedroom. We love their work. They were a friendly , reliable, and competent contractor. We used a designer, Mise En Place for the kitchen. The master bath was a Craig taking all my ideas and design choices and making them into a beautiful space.”
