Emma & team did our en suite bathroom reno, and we are so happy with it. The project went very smoothly, and what few issues did come up, they handled with ease. I appreciated that they kept us in the loop and made sure we were happy with the modifications. In addition, Emma, Corey and Aimee were a pleasure to work with and be around. We were able to continue working from home during the project as they kept the worksite clean, and sometimes they were so quiet, we thought they left! Our very timid dog loved seeing them every day, and it was bittersweet to see them go when the project finished. We will definitely have them back for the next project.

The folks at Topham are top notch! They worked with us from the beginning stages of our double bathroom remodel. They helped us decide what worked for our house and our budget. Everything was absolutely upfront. They are knowledgeable, experienced, and everyone was always a consummate professional. Punch list items (because there are always punch list items) were handled promptly, with care, and to everyone’s satisfaction. I would not hesitate to trust them with my home again!

Our projects have included changing out our clunky wood burning stove for a sleek, modern propane fireplace, adding a live edge coffee bar to our kitchen, expanding our master closet, replacing (and matching) a patch of weather-damaged exterior siding. Topham Home Renovation did a great job with a full remodel of my master bath. They were timely and careful working in and around my house as they worked on my upstairs master. Their work was excellent and the communication very good. Would highly recommend Beth, Emma and crew.

Topham Home Renovations has done two remodel projects for us at our Holly home south of Seabeck WA. In 2020 Craig and his crew remodeled our kitchen. They took it down to the studs , moved wallls and doorway, all new cabinetry and tile on walls, replaced flooring throughout the kitchen, dining and living rooms.. In 2022 they remodeled our master bath, taking it down to the studs and building a bigger shower, with glass enclosure , heated floors, tile on walls and floor and put new flooring in the master bedroom. We love their work. They were a friendly , reliable, and competent contractor. We used a designer, Mise En Place for the kitchen. The master bath was a Craig taking all my ideas and design choices and making them into a beautiful space.
