I knew the layout I wanted and that work was completed but when Kyle seen me struggling with discussions he took me shopping for tile, cabinets, counter tops etc,.He explained differences in products and cost's which was so helpful, I was able to decide almost instantly. Our home was built in 1979 and when friends come over they always comment how it looks just like a brand new built home! My kitchen and bathrooms are posted on his website and we now have our forever home to settle into.”

“Integrity- the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness. Integrity is the one word that I would use for Surgio, Igor and their workers. They pay attention to detail and the bill is clear with no surprises (no hidden cost). Surgio (the owner) provides you with all his workers credentials and paperwork before the job starts. This is a TOP NOTCH HONEST BUSINESS. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDTHEIR RENOVATIONS. I was stressed BEFORE I hired them, and interviewed over 30 contractors electricians, plumbers and more for this renovation. But once I signed the contract and whitnessed the first day of demolition, I wasn't stressed anymore. Igor took over the plumpling and electrical work and I was totally stress free. (Not many people can say that when you do a 1250 square foot renovation as I did). I don't usually write reviews, I believe this is my second time writing one after years on Yelp. But the one thing that I was very impressed with is that Surgio always picked up his phone and or I always got a response from him in person or a rapid text, (over 126 texts back and forth during the job, mostly my stress). But a normal reply from him was, "It was nice meeting your wife, we are excited to get this going. Don't stress about the details, we will communicate along the way. And we won't do anything without your approval." WOW! And throughout the entire duration of the project, he was very patient and I felt I could always reach out to him with any questions. He's now a friend and building my doggy steps and ramp to the back yard. If I needed him to stop by to discuss anything in person he made himself available, as busy as he is, (he's also one of the top "tile" artists in the city with multiple jobs throughout the city). Please search his work and you'll be amazed, (it's what pulled me in). I'm so glad I found this company to do my new apartment renovation, (I went "corporate" and it's renting for $2400 a month to a, "Traveling Nurse", (and that's Auburn, NOT Seattle)! They helped renovate as well as add lihhting fixtures, flooring, and electrical to the kitchen, (a whole new electrical box). Surgio was amazing, he has restored my faith in contractors after a few recent bad experiences in Boston. Simply stated, he was professional, honest and fair, and I could not have asked for anyone better. His crew was also amazing. They are superstars in my opinion, and showed great attention to detail. The items behind the walls like plumbing and electrical looked crisp, clean with proper angles, (I don't know it looked neat). They did not get annoyed or impatient with my many questions, and always asked me for input no matter how small the decision might appear to be, (like the multiple outside "door" photos he texted me). If I was ever unsure, we would all discuss the pros and cons of all the options, such as direction of tiles, or placement of the his suggested edison light fixtures. “We had Dave's Home Repair out to Move an older Intercom system and door bell from one wall to another. The crew arrived on time and ready to work. They were very professional. This Job entailed a lot of running and tracking down wires with in drywall. The crew was very easy to work with and communicate with. The Job was done in one day as quoted. There were no surprises. I would definitely work with this company for more jobs that I need done in the future.. Thanks :)”

“I can not say enough good things about Sam (kovic industries). As a former builder myself after meeting him I knew he was the right guy for the job. I did have some estimates come in lower and some come in higher, but I also knew what to look for in a contractor and NEVER mind paying a few extra dollars for quality. He is always good about cleaning up after himself each day, granted this is construction so don't expect him to give your house a deep clean each day (you would be surprised what people expect). Joking aside, was very impressed with his work from start to finish. I even threw a job at him , in the middle of my other job, and was impressed how HONEST he was. "I have never done something like this project your talking about, but I am sure I can figure it out if your comfortable with that"....He did a Fantastic Job and for a project he had never done before, I could not be happier. I have given Sam's name to a few people. Some have used him and all are incredibly happy.....the one person who did not use him, called me up asking what they could do because the "other" contractor they hired was not doing a great job. Sam will NOT come in as your lowest bid, but he will most likely come in somewhere in the middle and give you the BEST work.”

“We were really fortunate to work with Paula and Marius in the spring of 2017, when we were finally in a position to renovate our extremely dated and not very user-friendly kitchen. Although we had already settled on an overall design, and had some decently solid ideas regarding which IKEA products we wanted, we very much benefitted from Paula's excellent design know-how and helpful ideas for issues we'd yet to resolve, and really appreciated Marius' confirmation that our ideas on paper would work in reality! They truly couldn't have been more helpful, and worked quickly, efficiently, and with the minimum of mess to ensure that our renovation could be completed over the course of one week, which greatly minimized any disruption to our lives. They also knew the best places to source quality countertops, and saved us from a potential multi-week wait for countertops from IKEA. We also appreciated Marius' keen attention to detail, and how he wanted everything to be finished to the highest standard - even ensuring that the holes drilled in our cabinet to accommodate plumbing for the kitchen sink were beautifully finished, despite the fact that they'd almost never be in view. They found great ways to deal with tricky fittings (like getting our range vent to work with our low ceiling), and even figured out a way to turn otherwise wasted space into a perfect shelving system to house our ever-expanding collection of cookbooks. Five years later, and new visitors still ask us if the kitchen is new and who did the renovation! We're really sorry that Paula and Marius are no longer in our area, as they are the first people we thought of as we contemplate our next round of home renovations.
