“Concierge came to the rescue after our roof was damaged in a severe storm. They came the same day and were tarping our roof until 9pm in high winds making sure things were buttoned up - avoiding any real water damage. They came a few days later and replaced sections of shingles and trim. We’re prompt with communication estimates etc throughout, pricing was competitive. Work was impeccable, left the work site clean every day. To top it off the owners Dominic and PJ couldn’t be nicer and they are hustlers (work ethic I mean). Hope to do more projects with them in the future!”

“We worked with Shannon at Riverhead Building Supply on a kitchen remodel project. We had looked at other cabinetry options and determined the quality and support from Riverhead Building Supply was the right direction for us. Shannon reviewed our preliminary 3D Plan and completed onsite measurements. She corrected errors, made suggestions for better utilization and loaded into their software. Shannon has a real eye for design and color schemes. She worked with us on door design & hardware selection as well as countertop color/brand options. Shannon was always very prompt with responses and follow-up. She kept us informed throughout our ordering process. She was also onsite for cabinet delivery and made multiple trips during the planning phase. When a problem arose, she worked to find the best solution to make sure we were satisfied. “My husband and I are extremely pleased with the wonderful experience we have had so far with RIKB. We are moving from the designing stage into the ordering process. So technically we still have a few more weeks before we begin the actual renovation of our kitchen. If the rest of the process goes as well as it has, we will be posting another rave review. They take you from the design of your project through to it's final conception. Their staff is pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. Their goal is to create the kitchen you want within a predetermined budget range. Well it's done. We love the results. It's like living in a brand new house. All thumbs up for RIKB!!!!! “I hired Cypress Design after a friend had an excellent experience with them for a full bath remodel in 2012. I had an equally great experience with my kitchen remodel. My issue was storage. Their computer generated "blueprints" of the various kitchen set ups I could have made my decision making very easy. They were also very helpful with recommendations concerning style and materials. The job went off is a very timely manner and despite the fact that they had to demo a kitchen that dated to 1979, there were literally no problems. The whole process was very smooth. I plan to use them for a bath renovation next year.”

“They showed up on time and cleaned up everyday. Great bunch of guys they all new what they were doing and they did a wonderful job. Mike Heinrich the general contractor and I worked well together, he listened to what I wanted and needed then made it all happen. Told me which stores to go to for, plumbing, granite, tile, electrical, appliances, etc. I would like to have photos posted but can't the contractor has photos”

“In desperate need of extra storage space and wanting an upgrade, planning for our kitchen began. We came across Supply New England just prior to Thanksgiving. Fortunately for us, they were having a Black Friday special. After speaking with Norm and having him visit our house we were already sold. Norm was thorough, professional and had great design ideas for our kitchen. We worked with him to decide our direction and Norm went to work bringing our new kitchen to life. I can't say enough about how impressed we were. Cabinets, granite counter tops, back splash tile, sink and faucet were all ordered. When our contractor saw the detailed plans and had them reviewed with Norm, there were no questions as to what needed to be done. Needless to say, we are VERY happy with our kitchen. And the Black Friday special made our upgrade very affordable. In fact, it will bring us back for phase 2 of changes.”
