DCI - Design Contractors, Inc. has sent many of our customers to Heritage Kitchen Design Center, LTD. over the years for their kitchen, bath and other cabinet packages. However, during 2020, we specifically referred multiple customers to Heather Robledo of Heritage, and we couldn’t be happier. She is a consummate professional who works hard to meet our customers’ wishes and price point. Heather’s drawings, specifications and communication with DCI have been just terrific! Heather knows how to put a variety of cabinet packages together with unnecessary waste, accurate measurements and a great looking outcome. One example in particular was the ease of discussing the smallest details, reveals and tolerances with Heather which contributes to the final “look” of DCI’s installations and a successful outcome. Rachel was the best! This was a long process but Rachel stayed with us from the beginning to the end. Taking over a year from first design to completion. From our first contractor who back out to helping us find another to start the project almost a year later. Rachel was there every step of the way. She even made herself available over the fourth of July. She listened to my dream and put it together for me. We couldn't be happier with the results.

We chose Heritage Kitchen Design Center for the remodel of our kitchen and could not have been happier! Rachael was amazing to work with and helped guide us through the entire design process, from the initial kitchen layout to helping choose the tile for the floor and backsplash and finally hardware for the cabinets. The plans and elevations provided during the design process helped us to understand how the final product would look. We were so happy with the kitchen outcome, we went back to Heritage when we updated our bathrooms and laundry room!
