“We had received many bids for the project, but Progressive Builder was the only bid where we did not worry about unknown costs. We felt really comfortable working with Adam. Most of the other contractors we spoke with were very hesitant about removing the outdated soffits from the kitchen, and told us that depending on what they found, it could really add to the cost of the project but they were very responsive to our inquiries. Their crew did a fantastic job on all aspects of the project. They were outstanding to work with.”

“We purchased a home to downsize to and it was a total remodel. We consulted with HR Construction and Design when we knew this was over our heads. I knew the layout I wanted and that work was completed but when Kyle seen me struggling with discussions he took me shopping for tile, cabinets, counter tops etc,.He explained differences in products and cost's which was so helpful, I was able to decide almost instantly. Our home was built in 1979 and when friends come over they always comment how it looks just like a brand new built home! My kitchen and bathrooms are posted on his website and we now have our forever home to settle into.”

“Luxury Bath of Seattle did a wonderful job on remodeling our bathroom! The people from Luxury who worked on our bathroom were always on time, professional and knowledgeable. We were told that the remodel would take 5 - 10 days and it was completed in 5 1/2 days! The workmanship was excellent and we highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a excellent bathroom remodel.”

“Michael and his crew were fantastic to work with. His prices were fair and completed the job on time. We did an entire 1st floor remodel to include kitchen and interior painting throughout. Also did new hardwood flooring, baseboards... He has “someone for everything” if they can not do the scope of work themselves. Would recommended them for sure!”
