I showed her a photo of a kitchen that I loved the "feel" of, and she was able to give us the same feel without copying the individual elements of the kitchen I admired, and we were able to incorporate many custom features that are particularly useful to our family and lifestyle. Also, I was impressed that our kitchen is a very different style from other kitchens she has designed, reflecting my husband's and my taste. She has a wonderful eye for color and style, and was able to guide us and tell us if she thought something we liked might not look right (and she was correct). Ken manages his subcontractors very well, so that the construction schedule runs smoothly and the project is finished in a timely manner. Also, the quality of the people he hires is very high, and I was very comfortable having them in my home without supervision.”

Next was the team making a picture draft for me to see so I had an idea of what my Kitchen and bath would look like ahead of time. This way I could make revisions. There were so many options from the best to mid grade material. Nothing was forced on me but I was given many options.to choose from... While we were going through renovations all the workers were respectful that we were still living in our home. I had a great project manager who I was able to contact anytime. Also I was able to consult with Kira the designer at multiple times. They were all very available. In my kitchen I really wanted a shelf above my island and Gerard the owner really made that work for me even though it was a tricky add on...I love not seeing any outlet plugs on the walls, thats a must for Gerade.They showed up everyday and meet all the deadlines..
