We ended up going with Bakerhill after meeting Mac and hearing how they operate. We received a written quote and were surprised at the attention to detail. From the detailed quote to the site visits, constant contact and communication, the crew was so great to deal with, extremely professional and caring, it was truly as painless as it could get. They had laid out the timeline and were very accurate. I have never had such a great experience with a renovation company. We love our new space.”

“I would highly recommend Royal hardwood refinishing to do your floors. We just had porcelain tile laid in the front Breezeway as well as the kitchen and then we had hardwood laid in our family room dining room and bedroom. They were professional, hard-working, and on time.. every time. The quality of work and detail put into the finished product was seamless. My husband and I are both so happy with the choice that we made and would definitely use their services again and recommend them to our friends and family”

“When engaging a contractor, you always hope to find someone who is reliable, knowledgeable, responsive, and reasonably priced. Finding the right one can be a challenge sometimes, especially during Covid. We found Kevor on HomeStars and took a chance with him. He did not disappoint from the start to finish. From the start, he was very honest with his scope of work associated with the pricing and schedule. We engaged Kevor’s team to renovate our Kitchen and foyer’s tiles. We also seek his helps to install our new range hood and coordinate the installation of our new kitchen countertop. Although the project was on the smaller side, Kevor treated us with respect and care. He is knowledgeable and takes pride in delivering a quality project on time. To be completely honest, at first, I was worried that we would be an afterthought for him because of the size of our reno. We want quality at a reasonable budget. He reassured us many time to not worry about timing, deadline, quality and budget because he wants to make sure we are satisfy at the end. He really kept his promises. I have never worked with a contractor that is as responsive and timely as Kevor. He started on the day he promised and completed the project early and within our agreed budget. His team was very efficient. Not only Kevor completed his project early, he was flexible enough to come back to help us manage our kitchen counter installation and range hood installation. He really made our life easier by being flexible and keeping his promises. This is all we could hope for. Would we work with Kevor again? Absolutely yes. He gained our trust. We are so glad we found him. Working with an honest, and responsible contractor is all we could hope for. We want to build a working relationship with him and we will reached out to him when we do our bathrooms’ renovation. “Three different renovated kitchens, three different homes in Toronto’s Annex, the escarpment in Stoney Creek and now downtown in renewed Hamilton. All have one thing in common - the deft touch of Biljana McDowell. Cooking a gourmet meal has never been easier with Biljana’s smart practical layout and design. Silent drawers that are sized so Marta and I can fit a complete set of 11 pots into a single drawer, all the bottles of oil and vinegar fitting neatly into another easy to pullout drawer, and plenty of space for everything from groceries to the “good” Mexican dishes. At small family dinners or large parties everyone gathers in the kitchen. As we planned the kitchen is the focal point of the house and entertaining. Adding to economy of scale is superb workmanship that has stood the test of time and my occasional abuse. Unlike some designers Biljana actually listens to what you want and delivers your own dream not a copy of some trendy kitchen in a glossy. Add design genius, fun, warm, creative, practical, detailed, great to work with. Did I say cost-conscious? I would hire Biljana a fourth time except my wife would kill me if we ever move again. “Last year we gutted our kitchen and installed a Downsview Kitchen from Yorkville Design. I have nothing but praise for the service and quality we received. Thomas Tampold and his team pre-visualized a 3D mock up on the computer so we were able to "walk through" our future kitchen. They helped us with lighting and appliance selection, and all the other small details. Carefully measured, and working within our budget, they delivered a fully completed kitchen of world class quality and finish. We were so pleased with the final results that we are hiring them to design and install another kitchen at our cottage. Simply put - they're the best in Toronto.”

“Naz and the entire team at Public Plumbing did an exceptional job with our small bathroom renovation. From the beginning Naz was an excellent communicator (one of the reasons we chose them ). The project was completed on time and on budget. We were highly appreciative that Naz never tried to "up sell" us and in fact talked us out of some ideas that would have put us over budget and been of little value in the long run. We are so pleased with the final result and will not hesitate to refer our friends and family . We are highly impressed with the tidy work site they left everyday; very professional. Thank you for making our dream bathroom”
