“We first met Dan and his team when he was contracted to build the soffiting for our new central hvac system in our home. Our house was built in 1853 and nothing is square, so this was not an easy task. The team of Constructive Design took a very rough looking air duct install and made it a masterpiece. The work they did looks like it was always here and a part of the house. In fact, they did such a great job that we use them whenever we need work done on our house. Since building the soffits, we have had them back to install a wooden screen door (which involved scraping 100 years of paint off the door frame, sizing the door, fitting and painting the door), fix walls that the previous owner did a terrible job spackling, fix a roof leak, and a number of other odd jobs that I did not have time to tackle myself.
In short, Dan and his team are very respectful, honest, and they do great work. The best thing we got from installing our A/C system was discovering Constructive Design!”

“Our condo was leaking internally along one wall, and we had Shafayet come out to look at the leaks and give us a quote on restuccoing the outside wall. Shafayet was extremely professional and fairly priced - around $6,000 for one wall, with 30 year window caulking included. It took a few months to decide on who we were going to go with, and in that timeframe Shafayet was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. We ended up hiring him and his team started about 2 weeks later. They finished the job within 2 weeks and were very accommodating, especially with the way we access our backyard (only the 1st floor apt has access to the yard, so everyone had to use the basement window to get to the backyard). Our building is a 3 unit condo and while I was the main contact for Shafayet, he still worked with the other 2 owners and listened to their questions/requests. I would definitely recommend Multi Construction Company, and I would hire them again. So far no leaks along that wall, and we have had a few storms since they finished.”
