“Our condo was leaking internally along one wall, and we had Shafayet come out to look at the leaks and give us a quote on restuccoing the outside wall. Shafayet was extremely professional and fairly priced - around $6,000 for one wall, with 30 year window caulking included. It took a few months to decide on who we were going to go with, and in that timeframe Shafayet was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. We ended up hiring him and his team started about 2 weeks later. They finished the job within 2 weeks and were very accommodating, especially with the way we access our backyard (only the 1st floor apt has access to the yard, so everyone had to use the basement window to get to the backyard). Our building is a 3 unit condo and while I was the main contact for Shafayet, he still worked with the other 2 owners and listened to their questions/requests. I would definitely recommend Multi Construction Company, and I would hire them again. So far no leaks along that wall, and we have had a few storms since they finished.”

“It's not easy to find a contractor you can trust when it comes to spending a lot of money on a kitchen project, but AMC made it easy. Of the many companies I asked for an estimate from, they weren't the cheapest, but they were the most truth worthy. That being said, you don't always want to go with the cheapest estimate...you get what you pay for. AMC was very fair and competitive in their pricing and did not speak down to me or my wife when bidding the job. They took all of our suggestions and came back with a design that met our wants and a price that met our needs. Once the job was underway, my wife and I changed our minds with some design aspects and not a single time did AMC say they couldn't adjust to what we wanted. When it turned out we couldn't add a window as large as we wanted, they took the time to explain why it wasn't possible and made us comfortable with the decision. This is a family operation which I like. When Marc (our lead for this job) wasn't available, his brother or father were able to fill in without any gap in knowledge or understanding of what was needed. After the job was done, my wife noticed one area that was missed when painting the molding. I told my wife it was almost a month after the job was done and we should just paint it ourselves, but she was concerned the paint wouldn't match. She called Marc and THE NEXT DAY his contractor showed up to make the patch. That to me is service. It's not easy to spend what we did on a project like this, but AMC made it painless. I would definitely hire them again.”

This distance complicates everything, but Keith and Dave made it easier, advising us as we installed our own cabinets and island in preparation for soapstone countertops. We enjoyed seeing "our" slab of stone and being able to use Dave's templates to choose which portion went on which countertop area. Dave and his crew did fast, exacting work. We know it's a small project, but Phillipsburg Marble Company gave us their best.”

It is not to say we didn’t have a few bumps in the road but they handled them like professionals. Our total kitchen and 2 bathrooms renovation is exactly what we wanted and the price we agreed.
