“The Signature Construction and Design group came highly recommended to us for our home renovation. We worked with them to completely overhaul our 3 story townhouse. New kitchen, new master bath, hardwood refinish, upgrade all hvac, upgrade fireplace, new stair rails, removal of walls and interior steps, new lighting throughout, new master bedroom closet and closet insert installation throughout the entire house. We also had their carpenters take a slab of raw black walnut and create a "live edge" countertop bar for us that is the show stopper of the home. We took the home from mid 2000's spec home to mid century modern beautiful from top to bottom! The design and construction staff at Signature were excellent in assisting us with choices to make the home work together. Their carpentry staff built custom doors for a difficult closet and even built occasional tables from the live edge scrap material!! Their construction staff and their sub-contractors are the best in the business!”

“We had our master bathroom remodeled. From the tile selection to the cabinetry, the design process was fantastic. Eric was excellent. He came onsite, reviewed my space and offered the best design to maximize my space. The cabinetry is lovely with a specialty finish to look rustic- just what I wanted! I had stone installed in the shower and tile on the floor. The counter top is lovely. Everyone at Chester County Kitchen & Bath was excellent. The service and the quality is top notch! They were spot on with budge too! I would definitely recommend!”

“We just had our kitchen remodeled not too long ago and now have them back installing a bathroom in our basement for our bar. They have been very professional while working with us on both projects, They were there everyday and did not leave to go on other jobs while they were working on our property. “I have known Erin for a number of years and when we moved back to the area she was the one I thought of to help make our new house a "home". She is patient, organized and is efficient with our time together. I have no sense of being able to pull a room together and she has made each of the rooms we have completed look great, stylish and very useable. We are a family with 2 young teen children so I want our house to be comfortable but also look nice when we have our friends over. Erin has been a great help!”
