It would not physically fit the slab you selected. We offered you another slab from the same lot, but you wanted to be "compensated" for the time you spent shopping if you were to drive back out to our store to approve the other slab.
We are sorry, but our ethics will not allow us to take anyone's money unless we can actually perform the job requested. In between your yelling and cussing at us, the last slab of that material sold.
