What I love about working with this company is that they plan ahead, think through the details of your project and review them with the designer before starting the project, but also while the project is in construction. They are great at communicating and keeping the designer, client and contractor all on the same page, even when things need to be addressed that are not always obvious due to construction conditions. Allison has an incredible eye, great taste and an architectural approach that is a very rare find. I absolutely love my kitchen and the interior space planning and materials selection process was flawless. I found INPLACE to be extremely professional and meticulous with details. “We raised our family in the same neighborhood over 26 years. Our home yearned for updating. Some goals were: eliminate fall risks from multi level flooring, make downstairs bathroom senior safe, open up family room and brighten up downstairs with new doors and windows. We chose Marrokal because of their impeccable reputation. We did not seek other bids because ours would be the 7th Marrokal remodel project in our small cul-de-sac. All our neighbors praised their work. The Design Team exceeded our expectations and incorporated creative innovations into our home AND helped us stay within our budget. The production phase required a bit of oversight, but this job, remodeling all of the downstairs, was completed on time in 5 1/2 months. We lived in our home during the project and Marrokal always kept the job site clean! The caliber of subs was top notch. The final product turned out fabulous! Finally, we rarely need to utilize our extended warranty due to the quality of workmanship, nothing breaks! There is no doubt in our minds that we will hire Marrokal for future projects. You should too!!”

“Keely Brewer was referred to us by a trusted contact. My initial project was a bed crown, which she helped create/design/install, and it turned out beautifully! So much so, that we decided to use her for additional interior and remodel projects, our kitchen in particular. Kitchen redesigns are her specialty, and suffice to say, she did a tremendous job and gave us exactly what we wanted. Working with Keely has been a pleasure--she's personable and very accommodating, in addition to being extremely knowledgeable...and has turned into a good friend as well. She is reliable and sees all her projects through from start to finish, and beyond! Keely comes highly recommended, and can successfully handle any design challenge and exceed your expectations!”
