“Courthouse Kitchens and baths completely remodeled my master bath suite and the finished product is nothing short of breath taking. My formerly tired and dated 80’s bathroom has become a retreat that causes jaws to drop when people enter the space. The room was taken down to the studs, walls were moved and curved, floors were exposed to the joists--no element was untouched. Jim Gardiner is a delight to work with, and his eye for elegance and style is unmatched. He literally sat on the floor and envisioned how to transform the space during the initial consultation and it changed the direction of what could have been an ordinary renovation into a project that is HGTV worthy. Every item in the bathroom is high end and reflects the impeccable taste of Jim and what I wanted. The function of the bathroom is also a testament of the marriage of style and taste. They tore out a clunky built-in jetted tub, that I never used and replaced it with a gorgeous free standing clawfoot tub that is stunning and the focal point of the room with an overhead chandelier, which I constantly use. The beautifully intricate mosaic shower with three heads, including a rainshower makes me linger longer in my shower. The Swarovski and polished nickel fixtures adds an extra dimension of luxe and make me very happy. The curved walls with architectural glass that floats in the wall provides diffused light and privacy. Jim was personally involved daily with the project and we made numerous trips to vendors to make sure every item was perfect for the space. The project manager for the job was fantastic and his craftsmanship was remarked upon enthusiastically by the people who came to inspect and approve each inspection phase. I recommend Jim and Courthouse for any project that you want elevate to the next level.”

“Denny and Gardner revamped our deck and created a screened-in living space. They did a wonderful job with a number of very creative small enhancements/ideas along the way that really added to the end result. One of those nice touches was installing stained bead board on the inside face of the roof so instead of looking at plywood, we are looking at tongue and groove. Jason, Norm and Brandon have great taste and a real sense of pride in their work. Detail oriented and creative is how I would sum them up. And the folks working at D+G have been there for many, many years...from the management to the carpenters, electricians, etc. Oh, and 6 months after installation there was an issue with one of he floor planks (timbertek) which was being pushed up from below. They came out quickly, found the issue, fixed the problem and there was never any doubt they would make it right.”

“After having waterproofing done in my basement, I needed my walls and floors repaired. I saw an advertisement for SAFA Interiors and I took a chance on them. I'm glad I did. Some of what they did: * After pulling up the carpet they found that the floor was not level enough to install a hardwood floor. Surprise to me they leveled the floor and perfectly installed the hardwood floor without charging me extra for this unforeseen additional work. * Removed painted over paneling that had been there for years and found that there was no insulation in the outside wall. They put insulation in where needed-additional work but no additional money. * Placed an electrical outlet near the newly installed sup pump. * Installed a closet door * Put flooring in the laundry room * Replaced an outdated textured ceiling * Installed new light fixtures * Painted both rooms * Installed crown molding in the family room. I am very pleased with the workmanship and attention to details. Carrying away all trash was a plus. The cost was better than what I expected.
