Edna R. It gives me pleasure to share my good fortune of having my bathroom remodel completed by Fuqua’s Remodel Authority. They removed the whirlpool tub and surrounding tiles and installed a new double shower with a bench, two niches and surround tile to the ceiling. From start to finish, their team was professional, respectful of our property, attentive to every detail and was customer service driven. Ryan was Project Manager, and he started with a conversation about what my concerns were and what I needed in my new design. He had so many pictures to show me the gallery of his completed projects and that helped to form my custom design. We had quotes from three other contractors and his was comparable to the others. We decided to go with this contractor because I got good vibes from Ryan and I could tell that he was knowledgeable and trustworthy plus unlike the other contractors he took responsibility for purchasing all the materials needed for the project. There were so many things I liked about this team. Ryan was not at my property every day, but he was on top of every detail because his team sent him pictures of their work throughout the process, daily. The workers cleaned up and removed the trash every day. The project was completed on time. I love my new, beautiful bathroom. I highly recommend Fuqua’s Remodel Authority and plan to use them for other projects in the future.

Fuqua's Remodel Authority was contracted to update a bathroom and kitchen for my mother-in-law. Ryan Fuqua listened intently to my wife's concerns, foremost that the bathroom would be safe for an elderly person, and to my mother-in-law's wants and desires for her new bathroom and kitchen. The transformation was absolutely breathtaking. The bathroom, and in particular, the shower, is simply gorgeous, and the kitchen is so bright and welcoming. While the work was superb, it was exceeded by our dealings with Ryan. Ryan is so kind. One day, after confirming some choices with my mother-in-law at her house, Ryan stayed during his busy schedule to enjoy coffee and conversation with a lonely woman who recently lost her husband. That right there told us a lot about the kind of man Ryan Fuqua is. During the time the project ran, we got to know Ryan pretty well. In addition to his kindness, we found an honest man, a man with integrity and ethics, that does a job the right way, doesn't cut corners, and goes above and beyond what is expected.
