“We hired Picasso to execute a complicated architectural design. The space was a former Con Edison substation in SoHo NYC, which was to be converted into a Lola Supper Club and Performance space. Picasso show to be very resourceful in reacquiring materials at reasonable costs. The company made timely progress reports, any deviations from the schedule or architectural design was brought to our attention with proposed resolutions. Picasso worked well with LUFT Architects who were responsible for the design. Finally, Picasso came in .75% above budget, which we consider excellent performance, considering the scope and number of unknowns factors of the project. Sincerely Thomas Patrick-Odeen. “I had a great experience with Bob! I found Bob after searching the web for Professionals near me. After meeting with a few different professionals Bob seemed the best for me and my project. He helped me through the entire process, helping me with each step and was great at explaining everything he was going to do, he even came shopping for ideas with me. I am not originally from the US and Bob was very patient in putting it in terms I would understand and explaining the things while comparing them to the European system for me! This is our first home and our first remodel. Bob remodeled our bathrooms from the top down, as well as ripped out all of our piping that was very overdue for replacement. He treated everything with the best respect in our new home. I highly recommend Bob to anyone needing a great professional.”

“Majestic is such a gem. I have used them for two kitchens and have no complaints--a rarity for me! They have an exceptionally large showroom, carry a large range of upper end products and their employees are great. I recommend Nick highly as a designer. Not only did he create a drop dead gorgeous design, but he was constantly coming up with ways to save money without sacrificing quality. For example, I had put in granite counters six years ago and wanted to reuse them with my new kitchen. Everyone else I spoke to said it couldn't be done. Nick figured out that it could work if I used a farm sink. Bingo, $6k saved and I love the sink. During installation, Majestic's granite and delivery team saved the day. My kitchen was scheduled to be delivered during what turned out to be Hurricane Sandy. My friends all told me I'd be at the end of the queue, but the first day I had power restored they scheduled my delivery. They coordinated delivery by e-mail and everything happened like clockwork. I still don't know how it was possible to complete the project in a little over a week, but the Majestic-recommended contractor was also amazing!”

“I thougth My Home was fantastic in every way. It totally exceeded my expectations. They called me back immedately if I had any concerns. I was told by one of the workers in my building that I had the prettiest kitchen in the building. Matthew Walker, the project manager helped me in every way possible. It was a pleasure working with him and I will recommend him to everyone. Definitely 5 stars in every way. elle”

“Artline completed a full renovation of my apartment: 2 bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, painting and fireplace remodelling plus much more. Abe and his crew were fantastic to deal with and kept me well informed throughout the process. They were extremely professional at all times and worked tirelessly to help me create my dream home within the budget I had. Even more impressive is that Artline managed to complete the entire job without one complaint from my coop. In fact several neighbors mentioned how considerate and tidy they were. Could not recommend this company more highly.”
