He transformed our kitchen and the rest of our house into a beautiful space that we love to come home to; he listens better than most to his client's wants/needs and incorporates these into their design aesthetic. Marwan was very patient with us through the process, always willing to entertain our crazy ideas that at the end he made them a reality. He provided great 3D sketches which gave us a very good idea of what the end result was going to look like, helping visualize things. You won’t find a nicer and more ethical designer & contractor than Marwan. We highly recommend Ocean Drive Designs and will definitely use them for any future projects.”

“The Kitchen Barn staff was awesome to work with on my kitchen remodel done in April of 2015! From Design to Installation, I found them to be very professional. Their designer Mark works with you to find out your needs and tailors it to what you want, while Matt and his crew get the job done. They were great in calling with scheduling and showing up promptly when they said they would. If there were any delays, I was contacted immediately and given what new time they could be there. Dave worked on site and made sure the job site was cleaned up daily. The staff was friendly and fun to work with. The pricing was extremely reasonable and the quality of the workmanship was great! I have no hesitation in recommending them for any kitchen or bathroom job you need.Candy Mittag”

“I recently completed a kitchen remodel using Teknik construction. This is the 4th or 5th project they have completed for me over the past 4-5 years. They have done interior and exterior work for me. They finished AHEAD of schedule, the workmanship is amazing, on budget - discussing any up charges ahead of time allowing me to make a decision, helped me with color, decorating, and material choices, kept me from making stupid choices, cleaned up every day, I could go on and on. Over the 4 years, I've seen the same guys on the job. They are always respectful of me, my home, my family and my pets! I cannot say enough about Kevin and his team @ Teknik construction.”

“A tree fell and damaged our roof and siding. King Remodel's crew came and fixed all the damage. They were very easy to work with, most importantly very responsive to my small questions. There were 2 separate crews for each set of job and the work was done by each set of professionals. I highly recommend their company and deserve 5 star rating.”

“Elite living was absolutely great to work with. We had other bids but did not feel as comfortable with them as we did when don came over for his. He was attentive to our requests and also had great ideas we had not thought about. Upon agreement for the job, don and his crew showed up right away. As stated in other posts, they arrived promptly, were professional throughout the process and cleaned up prior to leaving EVERYDAY. The little things stood out the most. We do not hesitate recommending elite living remodeling to anyone needing anything done to their home. We look forward to having do come back to remodel our mas bath as soon as we can decide what we want. Give him a call and an opportunity to earn your trust...you will not be disappointed!”
